I have been with this storage facility for a little over 2 years and my experience has been nothing short of positive. The staff have always been helpful, curtious and professional. The storage facility is imaculate with regard to cleanliness; both inside and on the grounds, lighting; both inside and on the grounds, and accesibility to the gates, dollies and the inside and outer doors. And, of course, the "big bopper" is I have never experienced any instances with any type of "creature" infestation. Kudos!

I came in looking for a unit that was climate controlled and storage etc had exactly what I needed. The managers there showed me the space and also reserved one for me so that its ready when my truck arrives with my items. The prices are great for how clean and secure the facility is. I will be storing long term and I feel very secure with my personal items being here. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family! The staff is very friendly and made the experience alot easier then I thought it would be!

OMG!!! I cant find the words to describe the Staff and Management of this storage facility called Storage Etc. located in Long Beach, CA on Redondo Boulevard. The Manager Maria and Assistant Manager Sabrina are extremely professional and they both go beyond the call of duty in maintaining a WELCOMING and FRIENDLY relationship with the renters of the facility which encourages you to want to make your payments ON TIME, because of their KIND HEARTS

I rented 2 weeks ago and the girl at the front desk was very friendly. She helped me through the move in process. My wife found storage etc using Google and had a friend who previously rented with them and she loved it. So we thought to give it a try and im glad i did. The unit fits my items great.
