Not horrible, but not great customer service. Although they were rude to other customers towards me they were neutral. The place is simply horrible. The units could use a MAJOR renovation. The fans cant be turned on or else you hear a horrible cracking noise as if its going to pop. So many people renting units to just smoke weed. The second floor gets EXTREMELY hot so if you rent a unit up there, be sure to take plenty of water. First and final time I go there.

Been a customer going on 10 years. They have raised my rent significantly! I called to see why Im getting charged $174 a month for a 5x10, if you go look online my unit(5x10) has listed $84.00. Why am I overcharged? The biggest units they have is going for $128! Very misleading and false advertising on their part. Going on 2 weeks still waiting to hear back from the District Manager. Thinking about having an attorney look at this as a discrimination suit.

Every experience at this facility has always been excellent. LaTerra is very helpful, friendly and effective. Likewise, her team of Yolanda, Deondre, Anthadeus and Ernest could not be more professional. Recently we had a big job to accomplish by moving from one unit to another; everyone was very supportive and went out of their way to be helpful, and all in a very friendly manner. They are all great people to work with!

He was detailed and patient, he went beyond his role to make certain that I was clear on the company process as well helped me to better understand how to keep my business with them in order. I dont know what i would of done without yolanda and chris i have locked myself out twice and the lock i habe it isnt just a cut and go there customer service is excellent and they are both very patient. Yolanda never forgets a fave and makes u feel more like family. Thank you sooooo much to yolanda and cbris keep up the good work.

So far, so good! Like most business, there is a bad habit of treating customers as if, (a herd of cattle,) no were not together! Just because customers walk in the door the same instance doesnt mean were together! I suffered this experience here, Im an individual, treat me as such!

Horriable customer service the place is a dump crackheads getting high in bathroom which is nasty as hell if you dont have a std you will time you finish using there restroom ive seen cleaner restroom at a highway reststop in the middle of the desert
