Absolutely unbelievable. I have never been set up for an insurance claim before but the manager of this place sure knows how to snake their customers. Lost the key to lock, and a three day prorate charge is greater than one month rent. I asked her if I could cut the lock with bolt cutters, she said sure! On my way out of the store she remarks in a condescending tone , "just make sure you dont damage anything." as I leave the store, I realize that if I cut the lock with a bolt cutter I am guaranteed to leave a scratch on the latch. For a place that makes money on selling air and charging an insane amount of money for the little things, you would think they would be more inclined to prevent customer dissatisfaction. You would also be greatly mistaken. So my $70 locker is either going to cost me $100 to wait for these assholes to open for free or a $60 locksmith and a big middle finger on my way out. Hmmmm....

First of all, Im a real customer, not fake one. I was looking for storage unit, found a good deal online, and made a reservation. The following day, James called me, welcoming me to be their customer. I visited the facility for inspection. James was very helpful, and explain all the detail. I took measure for the unit, it was 6 inches short of what was advertising, but I understand the size was estimated. I entered some info for express check in, and made appointment to move in the next day. Lauri was there when I arrived for my appointment, she was very friendly and lead me through for the process very quickly. I got unit F004 and it was very clean, Lauri explained to me how the padlock should be secured. This is a great storage facility with great customer service team, I highly recommend it if you need a storage unit.

My name Diane and I have been a customer of this Public Storage for 2 years now. Anytime and every time I go in to make a payment or ask a question of any kind, I am always greeted by one of the nicest people there. Her name is Laurie. She not only knows her job very well. But she always made time to ask me how I was doing. That right there shows me she cares about her customers as well. She made sure I got the unit size I needed. If you want your personal items kept safe and also have a sense of feeling welcomed there. I would highly recommend this Public Storage Unit. Diane L.

Property Manager Laurie is very helpful. He is polite and sincere to show me the storage size. So, I know exactly how much stuff I can put in there. The property is really weather control. We moved items into the storage in a crazy hot days. However, the interior of the storage is cool and feel like a normal 70 degree. Thus, I feel safe to put my computers in there (and do not need to worry the computer being fried up in the hot weather). The $1 first month promo is real. This location tends to have cheaper price than other location nearby. Will do business again!

I had a great experience w/ James @ this Public Storage. Ive been a customer since December of 2010 and Im finally moving out today. Id say that this place is very clean, spacious, and the staff is always curteous. Here is a tip, the rent goes up every year so be prepared for that. I started at 100 and it increased all the wat to 200 this past July. All in all, my experiance was good. James was great, I started with him in December and Im ending it with him today.

unit was broken into through the unit next door by simply knocking out the cheap, thin drywall. do not rent from this location! san gabriel pd arrived and advised they see this a lot at this location. ps employee not helpful at all. in fact she started making accusations about theft in a mean spirited way and became defensive for no reason.

I was desperate for storage quickly & Laurie came to my rescue 3 yrs ago. Her customer service was excellent. She was honest & straight forward with all of her answers to my many requests & questions. If I ever need storage again I will go to Public Storage, not one of those no name places!!! On Saturday, Nov 7, 2015 the bathroom was almost completely useless. Trash overflowing. No paper towels. Light didnt work. Thanks for getting rid of the shrubs and vines in the back that were harboring bugs, spiders, and small animals. There are still a couple of more bushes to go.

The property manager Laurie was exceptionally helpful. She was very knowledgable and patient, answering all our moving and storage related questions. The facility is designed very well to reduce flooding. Also, the facility is located in an area w/ many restaurants and businesses

Amazing spaces, it stops there. Rude and inconsiderate, threats and outrageous late charges and they hope you will be, because thats what theyre hoping for. Avoid this place unless you got plenty of side money. Free month bait and charge tactics are almost as bad as Uhaul.

Updated review, in general, nothing special. A place to put your stuff. i wished the prices could be lower because PS is a major player in the storage business, and you would hope they could keep their prices down. ends up very expensive with insurance.
