I loved the customer service provided by Jenny when I got my unit. However, aside from that, I was disappointed, I went back the next day and asked to borrow a dolly and was told they didnt have any left because they let 1 family borrow all of them and they did not make an attempt to offer to retrieve one. As a paying customer I expect to be entitled to one especially when all of them are being used by one family who had a smaller unit and Im sure I paid more than them. In addition, only 1 day after having the unit. Although the gate is open till 9pm the door that leads to the inner unit was closed. This is unacceptable especially when I only have 2 more days to move. I called the 800# only to waste my time and called the regional manager Kristie or Kristine only to reach her vm with no call back. Very disappointed and should have driven further to avoid this mess of a storage place. PS you will have to buy a cylinder lock that will run you $20+ dollars unlike at other public storages where you can use a regular lock.

The reason all of these post exist is, because Yvette and her money hungry employees have run the facility into the ground. The reviews here are FAKE, they are all family members and friends of the facility to improve their rating, because this is the worst facility in Pico Rivera. Worst storage facility ever! Cock roaches, mice, rats and ants were all over my storage unit. I complained multiple times over months and Yvette told me to contact her manager. Horrible customer service, filthy facilities and irresponsable management of a storage facility. All they care about is getting your money, if you pay late they cut your lock and charge you late fees and more money. Yvette and the EVIL women that she works with are money hungry greedy people. DON"T RENT A STORAGE UNIT HERE, YOU WILL REGRET IT.

A few days ago my parents and I needed to know some prices for a storage so we decided to go around the area we went to a few different public storage locations in Pico Rivera but we were really not to sure to rent just because we werent really convinced with the locations and prices . Our last place to visit was this location and we were so glad we did first of all Yvette was such a great help she answered all the questions we had and helped us a lot. she has a really GREAT customer service. Secondly we liked the facility its well maintained and newer than the other places . I recommend this facility if you are looking for a clean nice and cheap storage plus you get the good customer service.

No i would not recommend this storage facility , nor would i advise getting the insurance they offer, its a rip off . There is currently a class action against the insurance co . They refuse to make good on claims. The storage company itself makes it impossible to file they didnt notify me at all of the break in. The door was fixed and the lock without ever taking pictures calling the police or telling me. The cameras dont record activity because all the lights are off at night. The code box which says when n who goes in n out of the facility doesnt keep a record bs all of it! yet they take ur money every month n charge u a deductible

I really love this Public Storage location. Yvette Gutierrez and Nancy are so wonderful, I am going to miss them. I am moving out of my unit here because I reside in LA. The drive is just too far for me. The hours here at this location are until 9:00 PM, best hours of any Storage facility. All the storage facilities in LA close early. So if you are in the area and you need a storage unit, please rent here. They have large clean spaces for a cheap price compared to LA. I will call to chat with you Yvette and Nancy, will miss you.

I was very impressed with the Customer Service provided by Yvette and her team at this Public Storage (Paramount & Washington) facility. It is very refreshing to be greeted with such positive vibes! They were very eager to help me and answer all questions. Yvette walked me through the contract step by step and patiently. I didnt feel rushed at all which I greatly appreciated since its my first time utilizing a storage facility. I am thankful for their assistance, excellent professionalism, and kind courtesy.

I have used many public storage locations in the past and this is by far one of the clean and most of up kept properties I know. Yvette and her staff do a great job of keeping the place clean and secure for my belongings. They have a very nice indoor storage units that climate controlled to stay cool and fresh. The indoor units have very high ceiling so you can store more space at a higher shelf space. Definitely check this place out before you store your personal belongings anywhere else

The worst experience my storage got broken into then they calles me to tell me and when I get there my stuff was left unintended then to top it off four other units got broken into and at least five or more other storage units were tapered with thwy looked like someo e tried to kick the door In. The people working working there could not give me any explanation on what had happen they didnt seem concerned. I would never go back to that storage or recommend anyone there

This location is the best! Not only they have great customer service but in general all is great! Great location, very spacious && clean! The lady that helped me out was extremely helpful and walked me through the spaces to see if I needed to change or keep the one I already had reserved, no hesitation whatsoever. Thanks Yvette! Definitely recommend this location to anybody who needs to put items on storage, youll feel right at home

I made a reservation to see a particular storage. Jenni greeted me as soon as I can in the door and started to explain my options. She showed me 2 separate sizes and I ended up going to the bigger one so Im glad she took the time to do so. All the paperwork was easy and fast to do and was done with a smile and great customer service. Thank you so much Jenni you were awesome!
