This was my first internet auction and I was so impressed with Jonathan at the Cerritos 605 storage. He called me immediately after the auction closed, gave me information that I need and then when I got to the storage facility was so helpful. He gave me helpful hints to assist me to make sure I would make a profit on this 1st auction and just was over all the nicest and most helpful person to deal with. He was very good at explaining everything "legal" as well as other information we needed. Great experience !!! Linda

I have rented my unit now for about 5 months. The staff is awesome. I rented my unit using the online reservation system. When I arrived, I was shown the exact unit I requested. The paperwork took about twenty minutes to finalize. I purchased a lock onsite and was given the keys, shown how to access facility after hours and was ready to move stuff in. The facility is clean, well maintained and the staff is always friendly and helpful. If you are looking for storage you should check them out. The Cerritos, CA location ROCKS!

I have been a 605 Self Storage customer for many years. The staff has always provided me with excellent service. As my needs have changed over the years, I have made moves from one unit to another. The staff has always done its best to accommodate my storage needs and to provide me with the best price possible. As its name suggests, its conveniently located right off of the 605 freeway. It makes the trips to and from my house very easy.

Ive stored my belongings at multiple places before but this place has by far been the best experience with a storage facility Ive ever had. All of the staff is great, including Filibert and Daisy. The facilitiy is well maintained and they have lots of carts to assist in moving stuff around. Theyve always been so accommodating and ready to answer and questions I have. I definetly highly recommend them for any and all storage needs!

Filibert helped us with our storage needs after we relocated from Oregon. We underestimated how much stuff we really had, and only reserved units that fit maybe three quarters of our belongings. I started renting a unit there last month and from the inception it has been nothing short of Top Notch. Jhonathon (i know i probably spelled that wrong) Is very professional and helpful. the facility is climate controlled and clean, clean, clean, did I say...clean? Fil is very helpful as well. I was quoted the wrong amount over the phone but once I Got too the site Daisy was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the whole operation she was great and efficient and she guided me through the process in a timely fashion the unit was clean and ready too go located right off elevator I highly recommend this storage company

Great experience so far. Granted first day to get the unit but the process was easy. Jhonatan helped us out greatly and gave us all we needed to get started.
