I highly recommend A-1 Storage. Evelyn and Kevin have been extremely helpful and accommodating. The location is just a year old and is always very clean. I like that the facility is adjacent to Target, easy to access, has two loading locations and is "secure" and "green". There are easy-to-use secure keypads at the entrances, elevators, and restrooms. There are security cameras throughout. There are alarms on each unit linked to the security system. The lights operate on motion sensors. When I go to A-1, I feel confident that I and my belongings are safe. I checked out a lot of different places in the area, and A-1 definitely had the best pricing, service and facility. (I saw so many mediocre storage centers that I would never want to go back to.) A-1 gives you a free truck to move your items in. The office offers free coffee, as well as free faxing and free copies! I rented my first unit in October, and just rented a second unit last month because their service and pricing is so good. You will see what I mean when you do your own independent research...

I am truly impressed with the friendly and warm feeling dealing with A-1 Storage. This is the cleanest and most professionally run storage facility I have ever seen. From the first moment visiting the office, we were greeted by a big smile and warm welcome from Kevin. Kevin. He treats us like an old friend and try to help us find the best solution when dealing the the stress of moving and storage. When making reservation online or over the phone, we were always treated with high respect and warm care. You can tell right away that A-1 Storage is not one of those heart-less chain stores but a family-run business. Kevin offered me lots of options and flexibility and help me determine what best suited for my needs. When I finally signed the rental contract with Evelyn, we were treated warmly and professionally. It is nice to know that such a wonderful storage facility still exists!

I go to the Target next to this location often so I decided to go in on a Sunday morning. I met with Kevin who went through the entire process with me, showed me to my space and explained everything in great detail. I was able to load my space without any problems and used the hand carts provided. I went to my space later on the same week later on at night and everything was brightly lit and I was able to enter and exit without a problem. The location is clean and practically brand new. I would recommend this location to a friend or anyone looking for a space in the Alhambra area.

I rented a storage space a few months ago from this facility. I initially chose this location because it was close to my house, clean, brand new, and affordable. But, I ended up staying and recommending this A-1 storage location to a friend because of the amazing customer service provided by both the Manager Evelyn and Kevin. When I unexpectedly needed a larger space they went through every possible space saving and cost saving option available. In addition to awesome customer they are just great people and easy to talk with about anything. This was a randomly AWESOME experience!

Great, friendly, cozy and warm place! Kevin and Helen, maybe Linda, not sure at this moment, but great crew. Helpful and courteous. Good tactical, and strategic open and close business hour and storage unit hours. But restrooms are sometimes dirtier than a street bums finger nail. And mens restroom usually clogged....BYOP. ...BRING YOUR OWN PLUNGER

Ive dealt with 4 other self storage locations in the last few decades and never had the privilege of dealing with an employee who was as knowledgeable, helpful and friendly as Evelyn was. Makes me want to rent a second unit. Beautiful building and wonderful employee... they should make her a partner/owner!

great overall experience so far. Excellent customer service , well maintained property, and cheaper than the not so customer friendly public storage. The units are clean and climate controlled, an excellent place to store your stuff or to start a wine cellar.
