Very bad, I was late on my payment an Ms Kimberly said ok no problem we will work with you so we said ok that was the agreement, when I get there just to drop some things off, The old man Rocky runs RUNS!!!!!!! to my storage unit and puts an extra locks on it an walks away. I said HEY CAN YOU HELP me he said one moment. Like what???? what kinda services is this, not done, after 30min Later he comes up to me and said how my i help you. LIKE WHAT??????? i told him whats going on with the lock, he says did you pay in full, i talk to your manager already, he tells me well let me call, after he gets off the phone he says did you pay in full, i dont think he was even on the phone talking to anyone i think he has a mental problem and i already talk to her like what??????? is going on here im lost he could of said in the first place instead of running to put a lock he could of told me then. Then he acts like what storage an he says it like 4 times before i said it, you already know what the hell you are doing, to be honest they need new staff for real. Kristen and Kimberly are good excellent customer services , but to be honest he is making you guys look really bad bad bad even your company look bad, you guys need a new maintains guy asap.

I HAVE RENTED FROM THIS PLACE FOR ABOUT 5 YEARS, IT IS INTERESTING HAVING READ THE OTHER REVIEWS. I HAVE NOT HAD ANY PROBLEMS AT THIS STORAGE PLACE....I TREAT THE STAFF RESPECTFULLY AND THEY DO THE SAME. THEY APPEAR TO GET PRETTY BUSY THOUGH AT TIMES. I MIND MY OWN BUSINESS, DO MY OWN THING AND AM GREATFULL FOR HAVING SUCH A CENTRAL STORAGE LOCATION THAT IS SECURE , MONITORED BY CAMERAS AND AVAILABLE AT DECENT HOURS.

The management & especially the maintenance man (Frank) are extremely helpful & kind! However the units are a bit overpriced. Overall I preferred the location to other facilities in that area.

Bad services. They have people living in the storages, they give people 24 hour access while others have to wait until 6am to enter the storage lot.
