ROBERT THE MANAGER AND HIS STAFF ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL, HE KEEPS THE PLACE CLEAN, HE FOLLOWS UP WITH ANY CORNCERN YOU MAY HAVE, I ALWAYS SEE HIM UP AND DOWN THE FACILTY MAKING SURE EVERYTHING IS IN ORDER, IN MY OPINION YOU DONT SEE THAT OFTEN ESPECIALLY THESE DAYS, MOST BUSINESSES I VISIT WORKERS SEEM TO ONLY BE THEIR TO COLLECT A PAY CHECK, THEY DONT UNDERSTAND THAT THE MOST VITAL AND IMPORTANT ASPECT OF ANY BUSINESS IS, "THE CUSTOMER" ........SINCE ROBERT AND HIS STAFF HAVE SET THE LEVEL OF CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SO HIGH, ILL CONTINUE TO EXPECT THAT FROM EVERYSINGLE EXTRA SPACE STORAGE I VISIT .... Rob was great. He made sure I did not forget my reservation. He was professional, courteous, and straight forward. As far as the facility itself, I visited three other storage facilities in the area and this facility won hands down. Clean unit, good price, good gate hours, and a drive up unit to boot. Thanks Rob and Extra Space, I am looking forward to staying awhile...Ps. Dont spend time looking at the other places first(like I did), start here, then compare, hopefully you will see am right! My husband and I are both completely satisfied with this facility!! We are just sooo thrilled to find a place that has both friendly and excellent customer service!!!! Just super inviting and staff are always very helpful! Rob (Manager) is just amazing and hes always smiling!! We always see him walking and checking the grounds making sure everything is secured and in place which makes you feel that extra security! VERY CLEAN FACILITY, SUPER AWESOME SERVICE, FRIENDLY STAFF, SAFE & SECURED! BEST STORAGE FACILITY WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED!!!!

We have a storage unit and with no notice the fee increased $30 (making our payment close to $300) when we called to ask why, we were told "sorry we do a survey of the area rates every 6 months this is the reason for the increase, all the rates are more" very DISAPPOINTED. Moving my things to A1 SELF STORAGE AROUND THE CORNER for almost $100 less.

This is the first storage place my wife and I have gotten the best customer service. We shopped around and other places pressure you to get a lease not at this Storage. The manager was friendly. I feel safe when I go pick up or drop off my stuff at my unit. The facility is always clean and it helps that they have long operating hours everyday.
