After doing a lot of research on line I came across this location today. From my first contact with the company is was an amazing experience! The customer service rep provided very useful information. She guided me through the process and explained every detail. She suggested I should reserve the unit I was inquiring on since there was only 1 left. She assured me that I could still change my mind but this way it would be held until I decide. Good thing I did because the 1 I had originally inquired on was gone with in a matter of hours. After I reserved the unit by phone I immediately received a call from the actual facility. They confirmed my reservation and invited me to visit the facility so they could show me the unit or others if the one I reserved doesnt work. Upon arrival I was immediately greeted by Roger. He looked up my reservation and took me to the unit. He explained every detail while showing us the facility. The property is very well keep. Clean and very well organized! Roger answered all my questions; he was very knowledgeable. Security looks top notch! Process of paperwork went very smooth. Price is very competitive and they have many options. Staff is extremely inviting. The whole process was stress free, which was exactly what I was looking for. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Im new to self-storage and Im so glad I came here. I started by reserving a unit online (which was quick, easy, and free). When I arrived to check out the unit, I was greeted by James. We took a short cart ride out to the unit where he answered all of my questions before I even brought them up (talk about great customer service). The one question I did ask was about the "first month rent free" banner I saw in front of the complex. He told me that was for specific units, but hed see what he could work out for me. Turns out, he was able to cut my first months rent in half! That discount on top of my online only discount pretty much saved me on a majority of my one-time administration fee. Beyond that, the whole process was just really quick and smooth. If you need a good storage solution with friendly and helpful staff, this is the place to go. And ask for James! Hes great!

This is a great storage facility. I decided to re-do my art studio and after weeks of trying to work in my stuff to organize my stuff I gave up and decided to rent a storage space, gut my studio and bring back only the stuff I want to keep. I looked online and found this Extra Space Storage. Reserved it online and the next day went in and signed the paperwork. I asked to see 2 different spaces and got the grand tour. The staff is friendly and easy to work with. The property is huge, clean, feels safe, well taken care of and in a quite neighborhood. Love the smell on the horse stables nearby too. If you need storage this is the place to rent from. The 1 month free is great if you book online!

I always drive by this storage, so when the time came to choose a storage-this is where I came. Let me start by saying at first glance it is very clean, in a great neighborhood, and was greeted by a friendly staff. Monique and Roger helped me and they were very pleasant, informative, gave me what I was quoted online, and presented the units in a thorough manner. Im very pleased with my storage unit. There are always carts available for use. Parking and security is great. Im comfortable paying what I pay for security and good customer service. Thank you Extra Space, you live up to the good reviews I read on Yelp and Yellow Pages. Im a Happy Customer:)

Our experience with Extra Space Storage has been amazing! The staff is very friendly, especially Monique! She assisted us in finding a storage space that was the perfect size for what we need. She was so patient when showing us different spaces, and answered all of our questions. The facilities were very clean and easy to navigate. There are multiple security gates to get to the storage facilities, video cameras to monitor the storage spaces, giving you a little peace of mind knowing your valuables are safe. Definitely recommending this storage facility to friends and family.

This was my first time getting a storage unit and Julie was just AMAZING! Julie went above and beyond making me feel comfortable and meeting my particular needs. I ask a lot of questions and she answered all of them to my satisfaction, even the stupid questions :) I would definitely recommend checking them out and make sure you ask for Julie, you wont regret it. I walked in today to take a look of the space that I reserved. Ms. Julie, the asst. manager, explained everything to me and answered all my questions during the tour. One thing I like about Space Storage is that it is completely secured with an all-day surveillance camera. Our company also leased 4 units in the climate control Space Storage building. The company and I were very pleased with the service and I recommend this to anyone to use for the short term or long term period.

Customer Service was AWESOME!!! 5 Star by far. Facility was very clean. Registrantion was very easy. Prices comparable to other locations, but discount on the first month ycannot be beat. Anita is who you need to see and I guarantee you will not be disappointed. She was very kind, informative, and definitely went the extra mile. For my first time with this particular storage facility, I would highly recommend.

Jeff took care of me and he did an outstanding job on earning my business. I did shop around the area. But this place was clean and the service was outstanding. Since this was my first time renting a storage, Jeff explained everything to me thoroughly. This place is very secure unlike the other places. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Also, the staff is courteous and willing to work with you to fulfill your storage needs. I have very much liked the service I have received from them to date. In fact, I just recently obtained another storage unit from them. I highly suggest that you get them as your storage provider. I feel welcomed there, and not just another face in the crowd.
