I was in the market for an indoor storage facility for one of my vehicles. I did numerous Internet searches and found A-1 Self Storage in Paramount, CA. I first reviewed their website and noticed it contained the current space availabilities and prices. I also reviewed their facility using satellite view of one of the popular Internet map sites and it appeared very clean and secure. Then I went to review the facility in person and found it to be new, clean and well maintained, ample space, and ample security cameras. The people I spoke with, both on the phone and in-person, were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. I feel very fortunate to find a clean, secure, friendly facility at a great price. I would enthusiastically recommend A-1 Self Storage to anyone needing great storage at a great price. A++++++++++

Ive utilized the storage space at A1 Storage for almost 2 years. And the service has been good most of the time. It is a safe place to keep your valuables. Ive never had a problem with security.And most of the staff are friendly and attentive to my needs. I miss Susan. She was nice, down to earth and professional combined.So far, the new staff are just as friendly. The bathroom has shown much improvement. I dont like the low pressured flush, it doesnt work well. A bathroom should always be clean, and equipped with soap, toilet paper and paper towels. And I recognize the improvement in the last few months.This is a good place, But I wish the rates had not increased. Still not too bad, compared to other places.

This place has provided me with wonderful service. The units have always been well taken care of and the staff is really helpful. I was with them for quite some time but had to leave because my business changed location. If it hadnt been for this move we would still be at this location. If youre looking for a high quality storage unit company that focuses on customer service and will help you when possible then give this location a shot. Cant complain, my experience has always been good here, we just had to move. Thanks for the service you provided our company while we were there.

Wonderful, clean, super professional, all of the above. Ive rented with Stephanie, Patricia, and the lovely late Kristie for years. They always go the extra mile for their customers. Im onsite quite a bit and get to observe their dedication to their facility and tenants ! As a business owner, there amenities help me run my company more efficiently. Three years ago I wrote the president of A-1 a letter commending the staff and facility on their fantastic service. Kristie would be proud I finally put my sentiments online for the world to see. Thanks A-1 staff for all you do.

WOW!! Quick. Fast. Easy. CLEAN! CLEAN! CLEAN! I went to the place today to rent a small unit. I just have boxes. Very impressed. Patricia helped me. And Kristie helped her help me (instead of hanging out in the back somewhere). Nice facility. Clean Storage. Well lit. Mine is inside. Locks were included in the price. First month free or $1.00 (whatever it is, its real). No long contracts. I got the 5 X 5 space I needed for way under $50.00 out the door. Awesome. And the ladies were extra nice. Go! Go! Go! (No, Im not paid)

I been with A-1 strorage in paramount for almost two years, out of all the places that I visited or called, Susan was the only person who contacted me for a follow up..I knew then i found a place that went the extra mile for their customers..Susan and her staff has exceded all my expectations. I have a couple of storage places closer to my home but I rahter drive extra few miles and come to this well maintain facility. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a storage unit.

Wow! I was very happy in finding this facility! Especially with the nice and wonderful supporting staff like Susan and her associates. Actually, my brother works right next door to them and told me to take a look at A-1 Self Storage facility in Paramount. I was in a rush to find a storage place and when I finally visit the place, I liked it! Supporting staff were nice and helpful; facility was clean! I am happy to have made A-1 Self Storage my storage facility!!

The young ladies that work at A1 are all extremely helpful and more than willing to show you around the entire facility until you find what youre looking for. The facility itself is practically brand new, clean, and very easily accessible. There is plenty of space to park and un/load even if you dont have a drive-up unit. Above all, it is far cheaper than the competition. After shopping around, glad I went with A1.

The staff at the Paramount location are wonderful. They are so pleasant and flexible. Plus they are experts at fulfilling your storage needs. The facility is always clean, well lit, safe and secured. I have rented space off and on for over 7 years and have never had a negative experience. I look forward to doing business with A-1 storage in the future. (Susan you run a great show).

I have been using this facility since june of 2006. I have rented three units and had no problems what so ever. The people are very knowledgeable and very helpful. I receive timely reminders when i forget to pay my bill via emails, which most helpful as my wife and i both have a busy schedules. I will contunue to use the facility as we have limited space in our home for storage.

The facility is clean and very well maintained. The staff is courteous and very professional, and I feel like my belongings are secure. But I do have one complaint. They increase the rent periodically, and they do so without giving notice. Ive been a customer for years, though, and I really have no other complaint. They are otherwise exceptional.

I have rented with a1 for 3 years now. They have gone above and beyond for me. Patricia and steph are great with customers but above all a great mix of professionalism and compassion. The units are well lit, secure, and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The staff knows me, my wife and daughter by name without being prompted - most impressive considering the number of renters they have on site. I recommended this facility to friends and associates. I have had the opportunity to rent from several storage facilities and this one is by far the best. Its clean, safe and everyone that works there is fabulous. Im very pleased with the service that I receive. I love that they call you if they think there is a problem at the facility. Great job!
