Edgar is the best! We were at this location for almost 5 years and I was always in and out of there~ Edgar always had a big smile on his face!! So nice to see him and get his help or just wave hi. One day on the 10th of the month I couldnt get there in time so I tried to call Edgar. Even though it was a few minutes after 6pm, I tried. no answer~ oh well, my fault~ ill have to pay the late fees. A couple minutes later Edgar is calling me. He noticed my number on the phone and called to see if everything was ok!! I explained that all I had was cash and now PS was closed what can I do?? Edgar reminded me I had until 9PM and I could get a money order and drop it thru the slot. OhEmGee!! I was pretty stressed and to have someone just call~ right on right?!! Edgar is very knowledgeable, funny, professional, and is very polite when he is really busy! I had been at two other PS locations before and there was no personality at either like having Edgar greet you! Its been a year now that I have moved but I never forgot about writing this review about Edgars PS location, I just finally got around to it!!!! Kelleigh

When I went to get all my things out of my unit Public Storage had put their own lock on my door when they charged my account for the months storage fee. Amanda said they put the lock on so I could pay for the 9 days of this month and that they would reverse the charges for the whole month. I looked at the lock and my unit was not even secured, locked!!! I look at the lock and none of my keys fit it so I open my unit only to find that my deceased daughters things have been taken, my sons stuff and my Again Faster Bumper plate set and barbells have been taken. My daughters things are non replaceable. I called the police and Amanda lied straight to my face and said the lock was placed on my unit since it was unlocked. I asked her why didnt they call me to let me know. She said they did along with a letter in the mail. I NEVER RECIEVED A CALL ABOUT THIS AND I DID NOT GET A LETTER IN THE MAIL

Edgar ROCKS! from the first day I called and inquired about storage he gave A-1 Service! Polite, and to the point...gave me the info I needed and helped me make a decision for the best size storage space for my needs. I asked him to give me a call back and told him that I would let him know what my decision was then. He kept his word, called me back and I secured a space. Folks usually try to make you purchase more than you need or want. I will post on my FACEBOOK page how great my experience was and continues to be at Public Storage in Monrovia with Edgar. ...whoever is in charge of keeping of record of who is doing a great job over there ...please ADD EDGAR to the TOP OF THE LIST!

Tale of Two Cities I moved from another Public Storage facility in a larger city and larger facility. You would think the better service would have been there. Not so! Edgar is extraordinary in every way and is head-and-shoulders above the people at the other PS. His dealings with me and my wife were just the best. My wife had never been to our other storage and Edgar was very thoughtful and clear about all the details for her. I have watched him with other people in the office and on the property. He always is terrific. Hes cheerful, efficient and knowledgeable. Public Storage is lucky to have him and it is a pleasure to do business with him.

I have rented two different times from Edgar, the manager, at this Public Storage and once again I had to rent another storage unit. I choose this location for a couple of different reasons, but the main one is because Edgar makes everything so easy from the first step in the door to months later when you close out your storage unit. I am happy to say that once again today was no different, I reserved the space and he called me to say hi and welcome back! It was nice to know that he remembered me. I would definitely recommend this public storage to anyone who asked or wanted to know.

While I had the immediate need to store a three bedroom home for less than a month, I discovered the great deal that Public Storage is running for only $1 for the first month. I made the reservations over the phone and went the following day to check out the facility in Monrovia and had the wonderful pleasure of meeting the manager, Edgar, whom was extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. The process has been so easy and worry free! I would never go anywhere else to store my belongings than the Public Storage facility in Monrovia. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Edgar was so patient with me. This is the first time I have ever needed a storage facility and Edgar walked me through what size would work best for me and helped me with the whole process. His attention to detail was spot-on. He even showed me to my storage unit prior to purchasing so that I would feel comfortable that all my stuff would fit. He answered all of my questions and gave me the time and attention I needed in order to make the right decision. GREAT EXPERIENCE!

I was at the Duarte location, the guy said they tried to contact me regarding my reservation and someone misspelled my email address. Ok, I can understand that. However, the Duarte location left me hanging. No assistance. I went to the Azusa location and that didnt work for me, however, those two assisted me in finding this one. Its a better location AND this was really easy to get and the best customer service. One bad apple, dont spoil the whole bunch.

I have rented several storage units at this location, the manager Edgar is the BEST! He is extremely professional, always willing to assist to meet your needs to ensure you are satisfied. I have moved out of the area, but choose to keep storage here because the storage facilities are well maintained with convenient access and also due to Edgar being a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend this place for all your storage need.

Edgar was very courteous and helpful young man. He is very knowledgeable and knows about storage. I came here because of the reviews I read about on Google for Public Storage in Monrovia. The reviews about Edgar were right on and I was impressed how professional and customer friendly. He was able to help me with my packing needs and knew what would help me with my move. Public Storage is lucky to have Edgar.

This is the best Public Storage facility i have found ever. I have been using PS for many years and the staff and manager are the best. The on site staff , the customer service department and the district manager have always been great and taken care of all my problems. The only down side is that they raise the price each year. ( some times a lot ). I would highly recommend this location to everyone.
