This is the only time I have ever had to use a storage facility. I found this location after searching for storage facilities on the internet. I gave them a call and was able to secure a 10x25 unit for a price that no other company could beat. Rick and the staff were awesome from my first step through the door. I was greeted with an ice cream and a bottle of water and thought that was pretty cool. Rick gave me the tour of the facility and showed me how to use the code box for the gate. I showed up early the next day with a whole 3bd house worth of belongings and started loading up the unit. Rick met us at the unit and gave it an extra once-over to make sure it was nice and clean. He also came back several times to offer us bottled water and to make sure we were doing well. Like I said ealrier, I have never used storage before. I cant really compare this place to others, but when a staff is so involved, helpful and generous you know you havent made a poor choice. I wouldnt even bother searching for another company should I need to use a storage facility again, because their customer service has earned my business and would highly recommend StorQuest to anyone!

This place has gone downhill since Rick has been gone. He was the best ever and I can say that since Ive been a customer way back to when it was Linkletter Storage. The management now seems to have little regard for customers with their "like or leave it attitude". They keep raising the storage rent 15% every year and it was OK because Rick provided such great customer service, but now the kids working there make it seem like they just tolerate customer engagement. Rick would treat all his customers new or existing like "family" and many a time his care and concern left a smile on my face as I walked out the business front door after just paying rent. I am in the process of moving my stuff to cheaper storage place closer to my home across town.

This place is great! My husband and I had searched around trying to find a nice storage unit, in the size we needed, and with flexible hours. When we came in to rent the unit, the customer service was great! The property and storage units are kept very clean. If we need to come in after hours, all we have to do is call. It is super easy and convenient. Every time, we go there or need to get something from the office, we usually end up staying and chatting for a few minutes with the employees. I cannot describe how refreshing it is to come in contact with great customer service. Those guys really care about their customers and definitely cater to their every need and beyond. I would highly recommend using this place!!

Another Satisfied Customer! We will highly recommend this storage facility. Rick and his staff are very professional as well as extremely helpful. Its nice to see their smiling faces when we go into the office and they are there handing out cold water and popsicles to everyone. We rented a 10x10 unit, which was perfect for all our stuff and they even went online to ensure us we were getting the best storage deal in town. The secured facility is kept in like new condition with a safe atmosphere that makes you happy to be there. All in all, we would say StorQuest is a great place to store your stuff but you can see for your self when you check them out online.

These guys are great. I have had a few storages here over the years and they are always friendly and helpful. Their prices are good and they even gave me a heavy duty storage lock for my unit door. The customer service is what keeps me coming back when ever I need storage. I have told a few friends to get storage here and they gave them a great move in deal and gave me a finders fee discount ( I would do it for free but thats how cool they really are) Check them out on facebook and twitter too for some more cool savings.. When you need storage save your self time, gas, and money by going here first you will be glad you did. I Give Them A Five Star Rating!!

Great facilities + Awesome staff = the MVP of storage places. First thing i noticed the secured gate and cameras, also this place is very clean inside and out. Before i went to Storquest LB i was looking at another place which had a 10x20 available but the roll-up was very very narrow, not what i wanted. But then i went to Storquest LB saw their 10x20 unit and it was PERFECT the roll-up door PERFECT. There is also plenty of room between the units so you can park unload your stuff just fine. The staff there are very cool and really friendly. They gave chocolate wafers when i was there very cool. Im so glad i found them, I highly recommend.

Great Place! This place is awesome! From the time I called they were so helpful! They text me the address and all the information I needed! When I arrived I went to my unit and then realized that my unit would be too small! The manager worked with me got me unit another unit on the ground floor, it was just awesome! He even helped me carry some stuff - I was amazed! It was an awesome experience! Later that same day I realized i forgot to put stuff in the unit and he was nice enough to let me in after hours. I cant say enough good things - Im very happy with my decision to put my stuff there!

StorQuest is a great place to store your stuff. The gate is very secure and the manager is very accommodating if you need to come in after hours. I feel like my stuff is safe because there are plenty of security cameras. The elevator is big enough to bring down a big load of boxes and they even provide a nice rolling cart so that you can do it faster. Ive never had any problems coming in or out and the place is very clean. I definitely recommend StorQuest. Its the best price and its the cleanest and safest storage unit you can find in the area.

Went today with a friend and facility was dirty, customer service was the worse Ive ever seen AND noticed rat droppings. The place smelled like a bathroom and I witnessed them calling the police accusing another tenant of theft yet after a very long time and reviewing the surveillance camera, finally letting the poor guy go and I never heard them remotely apoligize to the tenant or even show kind or professional service. I recall when Rick was there it was a five-star storage place. I would never ever recommend this place now to anyone.

I made a reservation on the the phone so when I went into the facility it only took ten minutes to register and half of that was going and looking at the size of the unit.They have a very friendly staff that are truly interested in helping you.!! The price was an excellent deal and the service was outstanding. I would have liked a storage that I could just drive my car right up to the door but the one I got inside is just fine since they have cool music playing in the halls. My wifes family recommended them and I now I recommend them too.
