I started renting a space at the Public Storage in Artesia a few months ago and have received the best, most professional and courteous service ever. Ive rented at other places in the past and was completely caught off guard in the most refreshing way by the kindness, attention to detail and thoughtfulness of the representative who helped me named Eloisa. I had trouble picking the size of the space that I needed and she was extremely detailed and patient while going over all of my options thoroughly. After finding the space, there was an issue with the lock that I purchased and instead of letting me just deal with it myself, Eloisa gave her best effort to assist me with the locking problem. We soon discovered that it was a maintenance issue and instead of leaving me hanging for the night she allowed me to use a different type of lock that belonged to the facility so that I would have a way to lock up my belongings until the problem could be resolved. Everything was fixed the next day, I returned Eloisas lock and everything worked out perfectly. Having extremely qualified and nice representatives like Eloisa made my experience very pleasant and Ive already referred two friends who were also looking for space also. Her great work and friendly smile is the reason Im writing this review. Thank you Eloisa and thank you Public Storage, Niles

Ive had a couple of different units here for over three years total (despite my original plan of 3-4mos..) I travel regularly between SoCal and Miami, and its good to know that my gear is safe and secure here. The place is clean, well-lit and well-maintained. Eloisa and her part-time staff take interest in keeping the place running well and seeing that tenants are happy and secure with their units. I have rented at probably about eight different facilities across the country in the last 15 years. And it always makes me nervous when property managers turn over more often than tenants, as has been the rule at most facilities Ive used. It is comforting to have a manager like Eloisa who has anchored the facility for such a long term living onsite. Knowing that "someone is home" after the generous 6A-9P gate hours gives that added bit of security that has kept me a customer for so long.

From the initial call/reservation to leaving the premises after unloading into the storage unit, the entire experience was excellent. I wish I could remember the gentlemans name whom helped me set up the reservation - he was helpful, thorough, and speedy! When I arrived at the facility, lovely Corrine showed me to a unit deep in the recesses of the third floor. It wasnt ideal, but it was going to have to do. She proceeded to make my day 100x better by switching me to a drive-up unit right near the exit gate. Not only was it more easily accessible, but it was larger. Score! She was professional and knowledgeable, but very personable. Overall, my experience was positive and I have 0 complaints. Thanks Corrine - youre awesome!

I had the pleasure to meet Eloisa yesterday, she is so friendly and very helpful. I was very stressed I had to rent a bigger unit than what I thought I would need but She made me feel comfortable that public storage was my best choice the location is clean and convenient the price was great. She took the time to explain how I could store my things to maximize the storage bin and save money!! I felt she went beyond to help me with my storage needs thank you public storage for having great representatives I would recommend anyone looking for storage to make this your first and only stop Eloisa the manager at this location will help you with your storage needs

After returning from a tour in Iraq in 2006 our family had to find a place to store over 27 years of Army life items. We were pleasantly surprise to find a caring storage facility in "Public Storage" of Artesia, California. The staff are the best that we have ever had during those years spent in the Army not only in CONUS (Army Posts within the Continental United States) but overseas as well. The facility is clean, secured and well designed. This is a the Best of the Best. So if youre in need of space I highly recommend Public Storage of Artesia and ask for Elosia she a real professional that always greets customers with a smile!

I just rented a unit from the Artesia Public Storage location. So far it hasnt been a good choice. Well they forced me to buy a lock from them and insurance also along with their administration fee. So the $1 first month was an additional $50. Then to top it off, there elevator has been broken the last two days, They werent responsive to my phone calls that I had made. I arrived early Sunday morning to at least hand carry a few items up the stairs, but the lights inside their building were turned off, making it unsafe to even enter the building.

I went to rent a storage yesterday and I was amazed on how great Eloisa was in helping my family with our questions and needs she was very friendly and informative we havent rented a storage before and was nice to show us our options and how much we would pay my mom only speaks Spanish and she was able to talk to her and made her feel comfortable leaving her things in storage and feel safe to leave our things because it could be scary . overall am very happy in coming to public storage great customer service 100%

Tony was great! he greeted with a smile and gave me lots of detailed information, very knowledgeable great customer service. took the time to explain everything to me and showed me the unit very clean and seemed safe to me. he recommended covers for mattress/furniture and other supplies. Tony was so kind and helpful.Very happy with my experience at public storage, will definitely be recommend public storage to friends and family.

The best storage ever! This has been my best storage experience yet, the staff are very friendly, the facility is clean and well supervised, the staff live on site so its a secure location, and they have best prices i have seen, I have rented at other storage places and this has been my best experience yet, Juan in the front office is especially nice and very professional, thanks Public Storage!!

Last year, Viri started me off nice an proper with quality service and professionalism. Later, I switched units to economize, and this is where Eloisa took over, and with the same caliber of excellence. I had a great stay there. The entire complex is immaculate and spacious. From this point on, Ill have no doubt as to where I can go for my storage requirements.

I have been going to this public storage for the past year to pay my monthly bill and they have always been professional and courteous. Although my belongings are at different location, they have treated me better than the people working at the location where my stuff is at. I highly recommend this public storage to whoever might need some extra space.

I was helping my mom get some stuff out of her storage today and forgot our gate code, cathy was very helpful at getting us our gate code. We also broke some glass in front of our unit cathy was quick to run over to us and told us not to to worry about it that she would clean it up. Thank you for your help Cathy.
