We have an RV here and the service sucks. Due to timing, my husband gets out of work at 5 coming from Ontario and goes directly to this place he had a hard time getting the RV out of the space we rent because this HUGE boat is taking our space by passing our line, so my husband takes longer than usual to get our RV out due to tight space, so we are still there after 7...this guy comes and says "why are we here?" and we try to explain that we were here before 7 however; this HUGE boat is making it difficult to get our RV and he doesnt really care he just gives us attitude... Now is another day getting closer memorial weekend but just to think we have to go through that hassle of taking out the trailer from that tight space again It is not worth the "STRESS" so we just went really quick and take out some camping gear out of the trailer...but yet we still have to move the trailer forward to open the door cause not even a 5 yeas old would fit through that space...and by this time it was 7:06p.m and he came to tell us that next time we are there he will have to charge us $60.00 for being there after hours...REALLY??? what a jerk...I think as soon as I find another storage place...we will be OUT...and we will be happy campers again

Unit broken into and made fun of by manager. I believe his name is Eric. They rent storage units to supposed bands. These supposed bands rehearse in these units. All I saw was these stupid kids smoke pot in these units. You can only access your unit from 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. 7:00 pm to 10:00 pm is for these bands to rehearse. My unit was broken into and the moronic idiot manager made fun of me when I told him about it. Look elsewhere if you are storing anything yo want to see again. Now I am with Extra Space storage, bigger unit with $2000 insurance for my stuff and paying a bit less that what I payed at this place. Avoid Stor-Mor Self Storage at 8635 Valley Blvd. My unit was broken into. They have no camaras and they dont care about you!

I have been storing my personal belongings at this facility for several years. I have never had any problems. The staff is curteous all the time. Edwin specially has excellent customer service skills. He is professional, goes the extra mile to help you. He is an asset to this company. Good prices too. I do recommend this place.

I like u - haul rental cars. & self storage,Really helpful business. I just know my rental storage is running u - haul rental cars business. Thats great news for me. This local storage is really good location and easy to find. Clean and safe. If you need a storage, why not try here first. The price is reasonable.

Ive been with Stor-Mor for about ten years, and have not ever had any problems.The staff is always friendly. The stroage is kept clean and bug free. Prices are very good.I have told friends about it and they have a unit there too. So if you want a clean safe place to store your stuff go to Stor-Mor Rosemead.......
