Excelente servicio. Uno de los más limpios de almacenamiento de Extra Space, creo que el gerente, Elena, ha hecho grandes cambios y es mejor que las experiencias anteriores en otros servicios de almacenamiento.El servicio de atención al cliente es estupenda también.El personal es profesional, muy amable y atento. He recomendado esta ubicación a varios de mis clientes ya que muchos hablan español junto conmigo, y han estado muy satisfechos

Our first time using a storage facility and Im glad we made the decision to go with Extra Space Storage. Location is in excellent condition and always clean and in tip top shape staff is constantly cleaning storage halls/aisles and are always visable walking the aisles making sure everything is going the way it should. staff is always ready and willing to assist. Elena and Kim are Great these girls are very welcoming always have a smile on there face and positive attitudes its like you have known them for years they are easy to talk to friendly an nonjudgemantal they actually make you feel comfortable living your items in storage no matter what your items may be. Thanks girls for making our experience as first time storage renters a great experience!!!

Elena, the manager, is one of the most gracious, warm and friendly people Ive ever met. I visited three different storage facilities the same day. From the time I called this place to inquire on a space to making an appointment and arriving, I received the most exceptional customer service. Although this location was further away than I originally wanted, Elena (and James) wonderful service and demeanor sold me on this storage facility. Not to mention, it is very clean and you can immediately sense Elena takes great pride in keeping the grounds and spaces in tip top shape. Im a very satisfied customer and highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Norwalk.

I came to Nina at this facility couple of months ago and she has been GREAT, as have been the staff very kind, friendly and always looking for the answer if they dont have it when you pop the question. Just recently had to close my shop and needed a bigger place to accomodate the stuff from my shop transition was as easy as 1-2-3 you got It! Very clean facility, would defenitely recomend the place to all my friends...Thanks Nina and Staff at Extra Space Storage...Norwalk you ROCK!

Walked in today without an appointment and was helped immediately by Elena who was very helpful and thorough. She made the process of touring and signing us up, very easy and quickly, and their prices are the best in the area. Kim was also very nice (office admin), but didnt say much ;). I enjoyed renting at extra space due to a nice and well kept location. Also the staff were kind and very helpful. Elena especially was always on call to assist with all my needs and was very friendly. She really enjoys dealing with and getting to know the renters and their needs. Also shes a live in on site manager and shes very attentive to detail. Nothing goes down on her watch. And the restroom there is nice and cozy. Bree S.

The place is nice, well maintained. How ever, I was giving a lower price online, and when I get to the site, the manager come ups with a total different price. I was already in the office and had drove 30 miles to get there. I felt I was force to take on false advertised deal because I was not going to be driving around with fragile appliances, vulnerable to break. Felt Disappointed and brought in with Lies.

Clean, well maintained storage units. The manager Joe lives on-site and monitors the premises directly which is a nice touch. Hes pretty honest about pricing and how they will vary depending on the "season" and whatever else affects it. In general, Extra Space Storage is a reliable storage facility and this location, again, is clean and well maintained. No complaints, friendly staff, cold water and a smile.

This place is the bomb! I had a unit here years ago moved out cause it was unclean management was not nice. I moved back in last month Elena and Steven are wonderful friendly people they love there customers I enjoy coming here I know Im going to get treated with respect and Elena and Steven keeps the property clean and will help you figure out the best unit for....you guys rock I give them 5+ stars

I was looking for a place to put my things that need to be in a storage. Elena and Kim was nice to help me and my family to find a storage that was perfect for us. She made the process very very fast and fun I also purchased a lock from extra storage place. Elena is great to getting what you need. Definitely recommend this place. I am a college student in the area. Ive stored here over the summer for the last four years. The staff have always been exceedingly helpful! They always give me a great deal on when rent a a unit. The facility seems to be in great shape, and the gate hours make it easy to access, even on weekends. It has always been a pleasure to do business with them!

Even when it was really me they were on it here! When I first got my storage Elena wasnt sure if it was me in the unit and even after hours she was right there to check! Awsome! She even updates me on if my son has been around because even though hes an adult I worry! It like shes a security guard and a friend! Awsome job Elena!

I like their service here im moving out next month but im leaving happy because of the personal touch of Elena and Kimberlee truely nice. Access hours are the best here. Ive had storage e before e and it was not a pleasurable experience but this place is truely different thanks kim and elena
