I run a small construction company and have been using this storage location for one year. I really like the easy access for large trucks and its easy access to the 91 freeway. The staff is friendly and always work with me when I have special requests or need any lights repaired by my space. The area around it is a little run down, but this place is kept in good condition, much better than the storage location down the street that does not repair anything for you and lets people hang around all day.

The beautiful lady named Melody in the office was Flawless. I was impressed with her immediate passion towards helping during my time of move. I was extremely stressed out but some how she put a smile on my face. I was just shopping around looking for the cheapest place I could store my things and when she helped me I knew this was the place to be. The location is conventient and Property is clean. This Young lady is Great!!! Thanks Melody for everything !!!!

*(Update)* Still storing here. Leslie and Chantel are great!! Always so helpful. I was truly saddened to hear that Leslie is moving away. She has been a wonderful manager and my family and I will miss her at the storage place. Leslie was fantastic! So helpful and cheery! Moving is so stressful and she was so understanding and comforting! I feel good knowing shes watching out for my things.

All their signs say free first month but they only gave me half a month free not to mention adding some processing fees claiming whatever promotion they had available they gave me but the sign still says free month -false advertisement. Then she made me write a review in front of her face. I gave a star because the manager there seems very nice. But Ill never ever use this company again.

This rating is only for rental experience. Manager is friendly, and tells you everything you need to know. Clean office, clean storage place. Only complaint I have is, hallway area in storage building for 5x10 unit, feels like an oven!! A/C would be great through the hallway area...Bad enough youre sweating getting your boxes etc in your storage unit.

I came in today to check out a storage for my move back to Cali. When I walked in Chantel was pleasant and informative. No only about the units, but also about the area. When I asked her "Where is a good place to eat?", she recommended a really nice restaurant by the water. Thank You Chantel, the food and the experience was wonderful.

The manager Mohamed is a great guy, very friendly always very helpful he also knows exactly what the customer needs.he gives great customer service would recomend this site definitely. Leslee is fantastic! She works so hard to accomdate the customers needs. I have had a unit there for many years and am now looking to downsize and she has been been so helpful. Willing to help me assess what I have and how much space I need. A great manager!

I dont like that I have to leave a message and wait for them to call me back, this is a major inconvenience, I called them twice yesterday at 10am and again at 1:30pm, I did not receive a call back until after 5pm

Customer service was great, the ladies were knowledgeable. I like there are no stairs to climb. I would have given 5 stars but, did not like the spider webs in the storage unit or hallway when I moved in.
