The service here is outstanding! I give them a 5 star. I have used several storages in SoCal and most of them have some real aholes working but NOT at this place. I first ordered a storage online and when I showed up with my stuff, the unit was smaller than the online one. The staff quickly gave me another unit that was adjacent to my large unit. I dealt with 3 different staff members there over a 3 month period and all of them were very friendly and professional. I give the location a 4 star. Its an outdoor storage lot and I saw a lot of semi homeless who were just sitting in their units. And several transient looking people walking around. But they do post a security guard out front at night. So, I wasnt terribly concerned.

The best customer service Ive had in a long time . Martin and the manager was super nice very approachable and very caring ! They have been helpful In everything I needed and currently need . Due to my situation of having to leave my storage so quick without even moving was a concern of mine because i thought they would give me less customer service but instead made me feel at ease with my process thank you for being so professional and quick to answer all my questions and concerns . I will highly recommend going here and getting your belongings stored . I know where Im going next time I need a place . I will be recommending this place to anyone I know ! Thank you guys for everything I seriously appreciate it!!

Never go there again, called and ask for rates the sale person told me"first 3 month $230" when I got there he made the contract and charged me $230 a month. I have Ask why he charged me $230 a month and over the phone he said 230 for 3 month? he did not denied what he says but says this is our rates . I already drove all the way here unload into storage and came to pickup documents. I will stay for 1 month and will never come again.....Im sorry to use this word this is my first time and I hope last to say it But they are liers and has very bad business ethics.

I have been a customer of a-american self storage for a few years now and every time I go there Chris is such a wonderful and helpful person and is always upbeat with a positive attitude. I even got locked out of my unit one time and Chris and Martin helped to open it. This place is great I wouldnt choose another place to store my things. Prices are great as well and it was an easy move in. Friendly environment. Thanks again Chris for your great service!!!

Professional service, excellent staff, very helpful and informative. Chris and Martin were great. Chris helped acquire a unit very easily, explained everything very very well and made the whole experience great. I have rented in other places and always got the feeling that they dont necessarily care about customer satisfaction. Chris made sure that I got what I needed and is a very nice guy.
