The day I rented my storage unit was my very first day within a town in the city of Los Angeles. Susan was very helpful to me. She is not only knowledgeable on the type of service provided, but also remarkably patient for I had several questions to ask and she responded well and professionally. Also, on that same day, there was a problem with the elevator... Whenever I put items that were heavy inside, it simply would not open the latch on the second floor. Thus, I had to put my items inside the elevator in much smaller portions than one would normally do. Fortunately, there was a second lady that works there and she came to my rescue, calling the technician to fix the elevator problem as soon as possible. I was very glad the technician came because he was able to fix the problem for me remarkably fast. I would definitely re-use A-1 Self Storage again in the future if needed, and I certainly recommend it to anyone in the public with storage needs.

Recomiendo mucho A1 Self Storage. Es bueno saber que cuenta uno con un lugar Seguro y muy limpio para guardar sus cosas. Maritza es profesional y servicial. Siempre dispuesta a ayudar y a encontrarme el mejor precio. Susan la manager tambien siempre es amable y dispuesta a ayudar en todo. E estado rentando aqui varias veces en los ultimos 6 an~os y seguire regresando porque es el unico lugar que me da mucha seguridad para guardar mis cosas. Realmente lo recomiendo.

Buen servicio, el personal de A1 storage siempre atento. En mi experiencia de cuatro anios aqui, he estado muy contento con el servicio. Maritza y Susan muy amables y trabajadoras. Responden a cualquier necesidad con mucha eficacia. Ellas hacen que uno se sienta seguro en este lugar porque siempre estan presentes en la propiedad cuidando y dando buen servicio. El lugar es muy limpio, ordenado, y seguro. A1 Selfstorage es el mejor lugar para guardar sus cosas. Lo recomiendo!!!

Im moving into a smaller place and theres not enough space for all of my stuff. While I was driving to check the new place out, I saw A1 storage on the way, and its pretty close to the place Im moving into. So I thought, why not rent a unit and put all of the stuff inside for a while instead of dumping them all away. Went into the office today and Susan was very helpful and polite. Probably one the the very best customer service Ive ever received. Susan showed me the unit I was interested in. She explained the policy pretty details for me to avoid any unnecessary problem to happen. She even honored the discount which was already put down when I rented the unit. Big plus!!! So far so good. Id recommend any of my friends who need a storage to rent at this place (of course they have to be near this location, or any other locations)

A-1 Self Storage in El Monte, The best place in the world for Business and personal storage. I had the privlage of storing my personal belongings along with property for my work. The staff were as close as family always helpful to my needs, for sevreal years my work allowed me to store its valuables. Always had a pleasent experience no problems from the company that they couldnt get access to their equipment. Susan and Maritza were both vary helpful. when it came time to look for a bigger space and when one was ready, I recived a call immediately, and the move was on like clock work. I have been renting here on and off for about ten years. I just love this place. I feel my personal property is safe here. Every time I needed help with anything, Maritza and Susan always were able to take care of it right away. Whenever I return to rent again (most of the time with Maritza), they always had a smile and greet me with respect. I always feel welcomed. I have tried other storages before, but honestly A1 Self Storage has the best customer service and security. On top of that the place is always super clean. If you are considering to rent here, do so, because this is the best place.

Es la segunda vez que rento aqui y me siento muy comoda y segura y el lugar esta bien cuidado. Las chicas son amables y dan un trato exelente. A mi me atendio Maritza y es muy atenta y profecional me atendio muy bien. Recomiendo mucho este storage :)

My experience A-1 Storage El Monte has been excellent because of two factors: first the convenience of facility, its location and layout, and more importantly the staff. Susan and Marzita are friendly, professional and helpful. They make me feel valued as a customer, not just a number. The buildings,grounds and parking are maintained to highest standard at all times. I have experience with storage facilities and without a doubt A-1 in El Monte has been the most positive.
