Im only giving two stars because some of the employees are actually helpful. That darnell or darrell *supposed* manager is awful. Instead of yelling at his paying customers maybe he should train the staff and himself better, so they are better capable of answering your questions immediately. Be cautious of all the loitering around they literally have theyre storage set up like its a home, which came in handy one day that we got locked in *(because they fail to notify you of time changes)* they only call and email you so you can pay the bill. Well some of the people just chilling there just called someone who could bypass the pw to come in, which worked out well for us but honestly it can be scary. Its dark, theyre drinking and you really dont know what they are up to.

Ed and staff get a 5 star rating from me. When Ed spoke with me on the phone he made me feel his store was special; well it was. Not only was the site clean but I also forgot my code. I called Ed the manager and he came down and let me in. I tried to give him a tip but he refused, said it was in line with their customer satisfaction. Great job Ed John G.

Great facility, great price, and decent location. The only reason it doesnt get 5 stars is that they charge your unit 1 month in advance, and wont prorate you if you close early. I had left my unit one week after I had been billed and they refused to prorate me any of the unused time. Other than that, it was a great storage facility at a good price

I had to store some Iteams for just one month. They had the storage size I needed. They had a sale too so I got it for $25 for one month. I like a deal. This place is clean and very strict with the access hours. I will use them again in the future. If you go make sure to ask if they have a sale going so hopefully you can get a good deal too.

They do not honor the price or the terms booked with 3rd party websites, even when you show them the email, confirmation code etc... when you try to explain to them, they call the COPS on you and force you leave. A very horrible customer service experience. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

If you are in there when they close the gate does not open nor does anyone answer the phone so if you dont have any tools on you to release the chain on gate you have to wait hours for the cops to come let u out the gate then they charge you for that.so watch your time when inb

And a great staff to match! The facility is clean, well lit and extremely secure. Ed and his staff are friendly and very helpful. The local police department keeps vehicles there. Highly recommended!
