I have researched and compared quite a few storage companies in the area, and I decided to give my business to Extra Storage on Walnut Drive for the following reasons: Price: Nearly all storage companies advertise first month free rent, but you may have to jump different hoops to get it (if any). At Extra Space, the staffs are straight-forward, and they would offer their promotion on top of their already "GREAT" rate. Referral monthly free rent is available as well. Service: From the first inquiry, facility walk through, price and space comparison, documents completion, and payment arrangement, the staffs make the whole process very easy for me. They answer all my concerns and questions during the walk through, and explain all the details before I sign the agreement. Without asking further, they offer me the monthly auto payment option, so I will not need to worry about late payment or reminder. The staffs are very professional, and they take good care of customers. Facility: Clean, Bright, Secure Gate Access, customer friendly environment, moving cart available at each building. I have been to buildings of other companies during storage shopping, and I did not feel comfortable especially with the bigger size facility. You will see strangers all around, and some of them are quite not friendly and dark. (BTW, I have been with this storage facility for more than 10 years, even before Extra Space management, and I am not in anyway affiliate with this company)

I have had a storage unit 15 years with extra space storage,when you live in an apartment you do not have space for the things like a house would provide.Bicycles, Tools etc.. I have to tell you that even though I have moved to Rancho Cucamonga; I never changed to a local facility, Sabeen and Nadeem were wonderful property managers and I could always rely on them for even the most simple imformation in regards to my unit..They were sure to keep me informed and very happy.. Now I hear they have been forced out of extra space and Im wondering at this point WHY? So this will finally be my last month at this or any Extra Space.. There is some manager who has dropped the ball apparently making poor decisions.. It sounds like Ego.. Im not staying at a facility that is being ran by a tyrant.. EXTRA SPACE IS REPLACABLE!!! Faithful and good people are not! Sabeen and Nadeem if you read this Im making a change too.. I stand by the ones that were always efficient and respectful and knowledgeable as to what my needs were, Originally my unit was for business and years later became a unit for personal property.. I hope they finally fixed the gates there and their cameras, Im out of there now ! No reason to keep this facility anymore! I know that the matrix starts from the top and this is what this company did , to these two wonderful people? I am done with extra Space! I can take my money anywhere! I will always appreciate you Sabeen and Nadeem.. Gods blessings always..

I used this location twice. Both times throughout our stay the staff was very helpful, friendly and most importantly professional. The units office and bathrooms are very neat and clean. Their location is on a non-busy street and close to the freeway.This last time we moved out it took us quite a few trips. Each time the dumpster had plenty of room. The staff was patient with us considering my husband I couldnt decide a final move out date. Mid year I lost my ATM card and forgot to alert the staff so they could take a different payment. They called me to remind me so I wouldnt have a late fee. Awesome. Also,a few months back, I caused a slight confusion with billing and over paid my account. The staff took care of us. The manager called me at home to tell me how it would be fixed and it was done in the same day. Both times they were able to clear things up quickly and to me that proved their excellent service. Yes,I would recommend this location. Thanks again!

The staff at this location is EXCELLENT! The most important benefit as a customer is the win-win attitude! They are happy to make all services convenient for the customer, such as making it easy for us to move-in, move-out, and pay our bill on time. If needed, they will even give a reminder email or phone call before the payment is due! They are also friendly, efficient, professional, and always consider the customer first! The actual facility is always clean & monitored for security. And even if the rate changes at some point, it is worth it to have a storage facility where you can trust the staff to be as helpful as possible. Over the years, we have needed to rent a storage unit a few different times, and we always call on Extra Space Storage, because of the EXCELLENT staff! The staff are the BEST you will ever meet! :)

I recently became a Customer of Extra Space Storage-Walnut, Ca- location and would like to share my experience as well as reasons why I would strongly recommend this facility. First, the facility grounds are very clean, well maintained, and nicely manicured. Which was a good first impression and comforting as a customer. Second, I enjoyed the interaction with the office staff/management- or to be more specific, Ms. Anita. From day one, Ms. Anita has been incredibly helpful with such a welcoming smile and charismatic demeanor. The entire rental process (which I have always seemed to hate the most) was quick, easy and painless. Ms Anita is very knowledgeable of all products including rental/storage options. She is very polite, courteous and professional to boot. In conclusion, Extra Space Storage-Walnut, Ca- gets FIVE STARS

I was at this facility for 2 years and i just found out that nadeem and sabeen were released They have been wonderfull and they have taken care of my storage needs from the time i have been here I miss these great people they were like family everytime i came in to take care of my storage needs Nadeem and sabeen were the only reason i kept my storage as of now i have have decided to move to another facility..i dont know what they were thinking when they decided to let them go perhaps ego..ill miss you nadeem and sabeen...

I stopped by this Saturday looking for a unit and was greeted by the delightful Sabine. I ended up going with a similar unit at a different facility due to reasons that are now beyond me, especially because Extra Space Storage was 25% cheaper, and regret doing so. Sabine was extremely helpful and her customer service alone nearly prompted me to store here. Just days later, I really wish I had! Thanks for your time and service Sabine. :D

Sabeen is the best! When I rented a storage unit from her, she made sure to give me a fantastic location, explained all of the rules and regulations thoroughly, and answered every question I had. Now that Ive moved out, I can also say that Sabeen made the move-out procedure as easy as possible--she even took the time to call and email me the same day as I moved out to put my mind at ease about settling my bill. Superior customer service! The manager at this location was very pleasant, polite, helpful, and just catered to me when I was there. What a happy manager. Later, I met the managers wife who works at the facility as well and she is the same way! The facility is super clean, air conditioned, and in a great location. I shopped around and Extra Space has the best facilities, the lowest cost, and the Best People.
