The moving process is difficult for any family. The concern of where to store your "family treasures" and belongings is an even more difficult process. My family and I were very concerned about the safety of our belongings. However, once we went to this Public Storage and met Griselda, our minds were immediately consoled. Griseldas confidence in this facility and her kind and pleasant demeanor, immediately gave us the peace of mind that we needed. Needless to say, our belongings were kept very safe and were always accessible to us when we needed them. Additionally, the facility was always clean and very well maintained. Thank you Griselda and Public Storage for making the moving process easier for my family! If youre looking for a place to store your "family treasures", look no further. You will not be disappointed! :)

I have been at this location for six years now. Although it did not start off as a Public Storage the transition was smooth and the Staff and Management have maintained the property and improved many of the outward appearances. Griselda & Jennifer are excellent and courteous Managers and/or employees and are always on hand to take payments, answer questions or simply handle what tasks they undertake. I have had no bad experiences at this site and will continue to store my goods there so long as the need is required by my duties. It is an older facility, thus the staff do a bit extra to keep her up and running, but Public Storage has a great reputation and these personnel maintain that high standard of excellence. Thank you.

I was in the area looking for pricing. After visiting a few other spots I dropped into this location and was helped by Griselda. She was super knowledgeable and friendly. Was great about showing me a few options that would work for my things. She showed me what supplies Ill need for my move and storing. (Thanks for the mattress covers, genius!) With the hassle of moving I was relieved to find this process would be so easy, I know Ill be ready when the time comes! Ill definitely be back when it comes time to store my stuff. I had a reservation here and the service was excellent! I did not rent because they didnt have a space big enough for my stuff. Griselda was so helpful trying to find me a space even though it was at other stores. She really took her time to find out exactly what I needed. I think it is very rare this day in age that someone takes their time to help even when they know they are not getting your business. I will be checking back to see if they have a big enough space for me. Everything was clean and looked safe. Ill wait to store here.

This place is, simply put, the best. The manager, Griselda, takes care of all of my needs. She couldnt be sweeter! The property is off the freeway but is tucked away on a side street, so its nice and quiet. They have two storage areas--one for cars in the front and another in the back where they have more parking spaces and storage spaces. Really, if youre looking for a place to store and want a facility that is quiet, well managed, and above all else--SAFE--I couldnt recommend this one more. Really enjoyed my time here.

I love this public storage in Diamond bar. I have been with this storage for three years and I love how Griselda helps me with any questions I may have. she"s the best, everyone there is very friendly and I love how the storage is clean. If you want a safe place for you storage needs you must go to public storage in Diamond bar. Griselda was so informative, greeted me with a smile and immediately called to confirm my reservation as soon as I reserved it online. Her and the taller lady with blonde hair were so kind while doing their daily sweeps of the property and made it easier for me to move my things by showing me the wheeled carts. I extremely appreciate their help, great employees! i would definitely come back and store with them again :)

By far this is one of the best sites Ive ever dealt with.. I have thought of moving properties, but the fact that Griselda is such a nice rep not to mention courteous person that Ive recommended this site several times to friends and family.. The manager Griselda gave me tons of helpful info she even checked other locations trying to find me exactly what I needed. With all the info she gave me I was able to make a decision that same day. Griselda has been a great help especially when paying my rent on time being a truck driver always on the road sometime i will forget but thanks to Griselda getting a call to remind me my rents do before any late charges are apply I just love that I have been with other storage co. before they love to add late fee not with Public Storage so Kudos to Griselda

Ive stored at other locations and they do not compare to the service you will receive from griselda and her team. They dedicated and work hard to keep their customers happy despite the rate increases. Worth the extra money to have a clean facility and excellent staff.
