Im posting this for my grandpa who had an extremely bad experience here a few years back. Its been a while but I figured Id let you guys know just so that others are wary about the way this place operates when your things get stolen. My grandpa use to own a truck with lots of tools inside. Over $25k dollars were inside the truck when it was stolen. He had stored the truck with the location for years and everything was good. Then one night a group of thieves opened the gate(they had access) and broke into the truck and drove it away. This location was completely unwillingly to cooperate by providing video surveillance footage or any other information that would have led to the capture of the thieves. My grandpa lost a great deal of his life savings that day. And the property management didnt even seem to bat an eye. Maybe an employee was in on it? So please, if you have anything of value in this storage. Move it somewhere else. Ill never forget how they turned a blind eye. And even if it helps someone else protect their valuables it will have been worthwhile.

I have been storing at Orange County Self Storage for over 2 years. I researched for a month before I choose this location and found it to be the best value in the Orange County area. I have re-evaluated every 6 months or so and it continues to be the best value for what you get. Ceilings are really high for additional space, not your typical 7 to 8ft. The staff is very friendly and always available during office hours.

I would reccommend this place to people cause they were very helpful and I was surprised to find that the facility was emmaculate when the manager gave me a tour on the golf cart. The units are all drive up and its really convenient cause I could park right in front of my door, place my items in and leave. Pretty good feature!

Secure, clean place with decent rental rates. Mark and Esmarelda have always been very nice and helpful. I drive out of my way to keep my stuff here, and will continue to do so. ...if this review sways you to rent here, tell them Brent sent you !!?

Would like the rent to stay at a fixed rate. Please add light to the units inside. Over all the facility and the managers are great.
