I know it says owner-verified address but the storage facility is not at 900 NORTH Raymond Ave. It is 900 SOUTH Raymond Ave. Looked up the address for our storage unit to mail something - our package was sent to the North Raymond address subsequently and so I went to pick it up from the lovely lady who lives at that private residence. She said she gets things in the mail all the time for people trying to mail things to the storage outlet. Figured out the problem was when I searched the address in Google to figure out where to ship our package to. The address is wrong. Is there a way to contact Google to fix this?

went to check out the place... looks great , clean , safe and the price for the space wasnt bad (not that i know the rates around town) got a 5x10 $72/mo and was offered a special :) its close by easy to access and the staff is friendly and helpful. Amazing cutsomer service, i would refer friends/family thats how good it is! Thank you, ladies!

DONT RENT HERE!!! I got charged $60 more because I could not move before thet office closed 7/10/16 at 1:30 PM. I needed the entire day and was paying the prorated amount for the 10th. Ann (The Manager) charged me for the entire month when I only needed 6 hours and she could have given me a temp code for the gate. Terrible Manager!

The facility is extremely well kept and clean. Ann, the manager is great. She returns all phone calls and keeps in contact with her customers. The staff is very friendly and willing to accommodate all your needs. I highly recommend this facility for personal and or business storage. 4.5 STARS!!

Very clean facility. Got a washer and dry that had been stored for 5 years. Not looked brand new not a spider we or any other indications of hVing been stored so may years. I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
