I have had several storage units before but by comparison none of them were as great as Pouch Self Storage in Anaheim. Nothing but great experiences here at this place. The staff are so friendly, always have a smile on their face and willing to help out with whatever you need. I dont come to the storage often but when I go down to get something from my unit or put something in, I am welcomed at the counter, key ready for me, and a big smile to make my day. The two gentlemen that I see there most of the time, My. Jeremy Ball and Mr. Michael Dunne are awesome. Both equally as helpful and friendly. Its nice to know that a long day at a storage unit, can be a great experience. Customer service is definitely the most important aspect of any successful business and these two gentlemen, are the epitomy of what exceptional customer service is. Thank you very much Mr. Ball and Mr. Dunne for constantly making my day every time I stop by.

I had a unit at Anaheim Pouch Self Storage for years. From the day I got the unit until the day I emptied it the staff had always been friendly and helpful. I always felt my possessions were secure, clean, and well kept. Its an indoor facility so while you cant drive directly up to the unit it is accessible and they have extra carts for use. Compared to other Storage facilities in the area they are of average price. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs to store their possessions for any length of time.

Pouch Self Storage ANAHEIM , EAST ST Location is First Rate in Customer Service.The Staff over there Jeremy, Art and Mike are great. They took the stress of moving out, right out and off of my list of things to do and worries. I was referred by a friend (whom I helped move into her unit at the East St location) and at that time was impressed with how smooth her transition was, so when it came time for my move, well if you look at the rating... Love love this place. I stored with them for more than a year. The guys at the reception are very awesome guys. They love to help and will be there for you for whatever you need. This was the first time that I feel sad leaving the storage as I didnt have a need for it anymore. I was suggest anyone to go here instead of public storage. Public storage is a rip offs.

The facility is so secure & thats the most important thing to me. They are a little on the pricier side, especially if you dont pay your bill on time, but youre paying for the security & comfort & its well worth it. The staff all knows my family & I, & theyre so polite & understanding. Couldnt ask for a better storage place!
