Wow!! I am so glad I decided to move my stuff out of my old storage unit when I did. I just moved to SoCal from out of state and needed to keep my stuff in storage until I found an apartment. Not only was Extra Space Storage worlds cheaper than the service I previously used (I wont name names--lets call it "Stublic Porage"), but the personnel running the place were worlds nicer, too. Joe was an absolute pleasure, going above an beyond his required responsibilities to help me with what I wanted and needed, from when I signed up to when I closed out. Im happy to recommend Extra Space Storage (and Joe and his branch specifically!) to anyone.

Great staff on site, very friendly and helpful. Joe Caro is a pleasure to do business with. Very clean location and safe - monitored 24/7. I dread moving but having a storage unit made the move alot easier. Also keeping large items out of sight in my apartment was a plus! At this Extra Space Storage location you will gain a larger sized unit than advertised, compared to others around. I would definitely recommend this to a friend or family member for their storage needs..

Had a very pleasant experience moving out. I know this sounds weird but it was. I rented a unit to store my things since we moved from a huge house and downsized to a much smaller one. Joe rented us a perfect size unit for our needs. No up sales. Administrative stuff to move out was small and very quick. Would Definitely rent here again if I ever needed to. If youre looking for a safe, secure and friendly storage Extra Space Storage in Upland is my recommendation!!!

Joe is phenomenal at what he does. Hes honest, fair, and very personable. The facility is extremely clean and they keep the facility looking its best at all times. The facility is secure and located in a very safe area. I feel confident that my belongings are secure with all of the onsight 24-hour cameras running. You cant find a better deal in our local area.

Amazing customer service! I had some red paint on a wheel of the vehicle I was driving and they helped me clean it off! They helped me when i came back the next day and there was a minor problem, but they fixed it immediately. He gave us a better price than the lady on the phone did. The whole experience was wonderful! 10/10

Very helpful over the phone (I had to do a remote lease and there were no issues) and Joe was super helpful in person. I even had to buy a lock last minute and it was a couple minutes after closing but Joe helped me out anyways. Definitely recommend them

Simple Fixit

Joe and Bill are awesome, friendly guys. The paperwork and renting process went very smooth and quickly. The units were very clean and had some surprisingly high ceilings, at least 10ft. I highly recommend storing here!
