I am self employed and I work hard. I put my clients and customer service first though proven to be difficulty at some times, some days maybe not everything is necessarily going your way but I believe under no circumstance should that be taken out on the client though I have personally and (Im sure all of us) have experienced that at some point and it does not make you feel appreciated. With all that being said Extra Space relies on the people they put in charge of their facilities, at their laguna canyon location that happens to be Vicki and Mike. They are understanding, professional, sincere and make you feel welcome. I like the location of the storage unit but the final selling point was the fact that I was treated as a valued customer by those 2 employees.

Ive never had to have storage before and didnt know where to start. I came in thinking about how tedious it was going to be to compare places and decide where I was most comfortable leaving my belongings. I had admired the facility but I knew Id be dealing with the staff regularly and that would be the deciding factor for me at least. Luckily, Lexxa exceeded my expectations. I was met with a smile as she proceeded to explain the process and she didnt become impatient when I interrupted her with questions or concerns. I was made to feel very comfortable with the transparency of the transaction and she made a very good first impression on behalf of her company. 10/10

For purely selfish reasons...Id prefer to keep this place SECRET! It is the BEST! Ive had my things in storage in Los Angeles (ugh!). Ive scrutinized other facilities here in Irvine. Ive seen enough to know this place is a WINNER! Great location. Solid security. Ultra clean. Drive-up units. Friendly tenants. And the staff...so helpful. Two thumbs up for Store Manager Vicki and her staff. Reserving a unit, completing the paperwork, moving in...so easy. Bit of a disconnect on the insurance premium for the first month - not a big deal to me at all, but Vicki hit me with a credit, no questions asked. Fantastic. Self storage the way it should be. Decided to give this company and location my business because of Vicki and Lexxa. Their friendly and professional customer service was the differentiating factor since storage space is just a commodity. They followed-up with me regarding my appointment and accommodated my busy work schedule. They patiently gave me a tour of the different unit sizes I was interested in and answered all my questions. The location is very clean/new and secured. The proprietary lock policy is not ideal but is an OK tradeoff. Overall, I’m happy with my decision to store my things here.

I met Vicki during my first visit and I was very impressed with her professionalism. She had my rental reservation ready and contract up on the screen for me to review and sign. The facility is VERY CLEAN!!! After a few weeks, I had an issue with spiders, so I drove down to advise the staff of this issue. Lexxa and Vicki immediately got some spider spray, we all jumped on the cart and they sprayed my unit. Now thats VIP service! I always know I will be greeted with smiles when I walk in the door. I definitely recommend this facility!

I have nothing but great things to say about this facility! Its clean, secure, and easily accessible. Which is usually priority when it comes to storage facilities. However, Im big on customer service. If Im giving a company my business and hard earned money, I expect to be treated as valuable. This team (Im terrible with names) rocked in the customer service department! They go above and beyond, putting the rude folks at P.S. (should stand for poor service storage) to shame!

I have been very pleased with the units and especially with the service at Extra Space Storage on Laguna Canyon Rd. The units are clean and the area is well-lit. Vicki is wonderful and is there to help with anything I need. She is pleasant, hard working, and knows how to make everything happen. I store my business inventory at this facility and spend a great deal of time there. I am pleased that Vicki and Extra Space Storage have made this a pleasant experience.

I have been with this location of Extra Space Storage in Irvine since October of 2010! The girls in the office are always extremely friendly and professional at the same time! I have needed several changes during my time here, and they have always met my needs, quickly and efficiently...with very little paperwork. Rather, they have the best system I have ever seen on their computer for filling out paperwork! A special "shout out" to Vicki Dinh, store manager!

Especially the manager (sorry cant remember your name off top of my head) so helpful and always remembers my name and is smiling. Such a joy to walk in there. Feel like if I ever have a problem or issue theyll be very helpful. Prices are really reasonable too. This is my second time using them. Definitely recommend them. Clean and new facility is great. Ive rented at numerous-other facilities & have always found This Companies-Establishments not only Cleanest, & Safest, but also having the most Friendly-Staff. There are Too-So-Many different storage facilities to choose from,....Yet I think You should talk with Lexxa~Assit.Mngr., &/or Vicki~Mngr., the next time a storage is needed; I think You will find Them Great, as well !

Everyone is great here. After searching through a few other places, I decided on this one and was not disappointed. The staff is friendly and the facility is well kept. Im always greeted with a smile even when I havent had my morning coffee and not in the mood for life. Best experience Ive had with a storage company. Highly recommend.

I enjoy very much renting a unit from this location. It is clean, well -lit, and it feels safe. The customer service is outstanding. Vicki and Mike are very helpful, and real. Sometimes with sales people there is fakeness, but not here. They treat me right, so I feel that my things are well cared for and secure.
