This facility is the best, BUT possibly even better were the people that help me. I have been storing things here for about 2 years and in that time all I have received was professionalism. I appreciate the contact and support you get when you are in need of their help. This last week, when I was moving my stuff, Jon proved to be again, the best! He helped me so much and the personal touch and professionalism that he displayed was most gratifying. In times of need and caos and stress, you really dont need to deal with problems and/or obstacles, and here Jon was one to go the extra mile. or two or three. He was positive and his attitude was the best. I think that makes the difference from having to deal with a business than to actually be doing business with someone. Thank you again, and I recommend this facility to anyone. It is always clean and there have never been problems and or complains. The people who rent their space here are also very friendly and helpful. It gives you a sense of a great community, at least for the time you need to your things taken care of. Sincerely, Claudia A. I just rented a unit here and everything went quickly and smoothly with the help of Aian and Jose! The facility is in a great location and is well maintained and spotlessly clean both inside and out and well lit with motion sensor lights throughout the hallways ~ you will certainly feel safe while storing things here. You can be confident that your belongings and you will be secure and safe with the constant camera surveillance and electronic entry into the storage units as well as into the elevators if you are not on a ground floor unit. You are able to park your car close to where your unit is and they have dollies to use to move things from you car to your unit. You also have access 7 days per week during an adquate range of hours. I was also offered 50% off the first month’s rent which helps to offset the cost of new account administration fee, lock fee for the unit door and required monthly insurance. I would highly recommend you check out this PS Storage facility and ask for Jose and Aian to assist you if you are looking for a great place to store your things!

My name is Thomas(Tom, Tommy D, TD, Tomas,etc)Davidson, I have been with the Aliso Viejo location for a number of years and now have 4 units. Today, April 3rd,I met with Jose and DM Lizanne, to obtain a new lock and key for one of my upstairs units, as well as account update and pay to date all bills due. I tell you, Ive had a successful 25+ year business sales career and know a thing or two about dealing with folks with a professional, diplomatic, dignified, efficient and yes, cheerful approach and demeanor. I experienced all that and then some from both Jose and Lizanne. Also, a gentleman named Glenn Ive engaged with in previous matters has been equally as pleasing. Anyway, I highly recommend doing business with the AV location for all these people reasons, and not just for another brick and mortar site to house your stuff. We all know that moving in itself is stressful, but when you can come across a representative that makes the transition smoother it is worth recognition. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jose. I dealt with Jose from the onset to the finish of my transactions and she was professional throughout. When he answered the phone he was pleasant, informative and accommodating. I needed a few days to get my move together before I could come in and she gave me that time. Jose also gave me a much needed reminder call. I started out wanting a 20 X 10 and ended up getting a 20 x 10. I needed supplies and she was great at promoting the products I needed and purchased. Thanks!

Hello, My name is James Eder. I have a Self Storage for my Work and Equipment. The Aliso Viejo Self Storage is a Beautiful Storage Facility. I have had over (12) in my time in business. This is by far the cleanest Storage Facility that I have ever had. It is Brand New and is State of the Art when it comes to security and layout, which is very important to me. I also had a situation the other day whereby I left something behind and Myette was kind enough to run it to me before I drove out the gate. For anyone who wants a spotless Storage Building, with Security at the top of the list, I would say this is the place to call home for your storage needs. Sincerely, James

Very nice, clean, well lit space. I chose it because they have climate control and Im glad I did, plus theres a very nice discount for the first month. The people in the office were extremely pleasant and knowledgeable and the transaction was clear and uncomplicated. I worked with Tyler and he was very helpful and explained every aspect of renting the space. He was very patient with my questions and made sure I was able to operate the door and the lock before we left the unit. I am looking forward to an uncomplicated relationship with Public Storage.

I just moved to Aliso Viejo and had the pleasure of dealing with José at PS Storage. José really went out of his way to make sure my move-in experience was an excellent one. The facility is great! Clean, convenient, easy access off the 73, and even has a loading dock to my building for easy access. I checked out other facilities in the area prior to making my decision and this facility exceeded all my expectations on every level. I would highly recommend this location to anyone seeking storage in this area.

Been using this location for appx 5 years. I am very pleased with the cleanliness and friendly staff. Jose, the manager, has been so helpful and is always pleasant to deal with. Its employees like him that make a business much more than just a place to store things. His positive attitude us contagious and I always leave happier than when I arrived. I highly recommend this location if you live nearby and need a safe place to keep your extra belongings.

From the time I contacted the 1-800 # right through to when I showed up at the facility, every step along the way was top notch. Robert and his college were extremely helpful and professional. When a unit came about that fit my needs, Jon was not only helpful, but understanding while I transitioned to the new unit. I just signed up for a storage unit today and was blown away with how friendly the staff was! Jon, the property manager was polite, friendly and helped me pick the perfect size for my needs. I have rented storage places in the past where employees were rude and acted as though you were putting them out. Not this place! I look forward to working with Jon and his staff. Great place.
