Ive been a renter at Public Storage for less than 24 hours now, and I thought Id share my experience. Looking at location and price, I came across a number of storage options in my area. The team at Public Storage is truly customer-centered. Heres why. I reserved my space online late on a Friday night, for "check-in" the following morning. Probably due to human error, I must have clicked the wrong property. A delightful voice graced my cell phone the following morning to confirm and to see if I had any questions. That led us to understand my mistake. "No problem" was the answer, "let me change your reservation and forward your request to the manager of the facility you had intended. Twenty minutes later, John called. "Just want to confirm all these details are correct, and see when you might be here to check in." And then, "see you soon." Check-in was a breeze. We were whisked away in a shiny orange golf cart to see the home-away-from-home for some of my excess "stuff". John showed me the spiffy lock, then back to the office to complete paperwork. Theyve done this before, because the paperwork was mercifully brief, and I was on my way. If you need to store some stuff, go to Public Storage. And if you are in the neighborhood, go to the Franklin Avenue PS in Tustin. The team genuinely works to make your experience a good one, and gets you on your way.

With the exception of the deception of luring people to rent by leaving out very pertinat info, such as insurance charges every month ,wether you need it or not, along with other fees, such as $20 for a lock if you forgot to bring one, the same lock sells for under$10 at any hardware, home improvements.This is a ways from where I reside, but their less than full disclosure on what the cost is it will be only after you have made the decision to commit by having all your stuff packed up in your vehicle. The Young man in the office to take on the brunt of misrepresenting the people by leaving out extra cost and not even sure where or who this insurance money, fee goes to, only to explain that they are never going to be responsible for any theft or break in or offer any documentation on such insurance, such as their co. Name..

Ive rented with Public Storage many times before and Ive always been very satisfied with the service, property, etc. This time was no different, accept in the quality of care I received from Luis, the on site manager. He took me to the unit I reserved; however, he noticed that there was slight damage in the wall and did not want to rent it to me, so took me to another one. This worked out great because it was nice and close and on the side that I preferred in the first place (out of the sun)! I really appreciate the concern he showed in the slight damage. It shows me that he cares about giving his customers the best!

Over the years I have always had a storage many different sizes and a few public storage locations but this one by far beats the rest . Gate hours are perfect and always a helping hand in office if u need assistance . From day one Manager Robert was very straight forward and professional . He was able to work with me on getting a unit the same day . I told him exactly how big my apartment was and what kind of contents and he knew what size would work and he was right . I really like how this location doesnt micro manage u . and most importantly super clean . I highly recommend.

Have always thought Public Storage is the best storage company around. It is corporately run, but with a home town attitude. They are people like you and I and understand that your needs are their priority. The staff is always friendly and concerned with making sure your stay a welcomed one. I ALWAYS come back to Public Storage. You just cant get better than them. Thanks Corey, and Todd, behind the iron curtain. Public Storage is my go to place for peace-of-mind storage, a no-brainer !!!

I would like to especially mention JOHN he was and continue to be so helpful, accommodating, and personable. I felt I was not just one of many customers, he took the time in answering all my questions offered me the best customer service one would appreciate. Thank you John for all your help. today I had a bad expectation with the person who is in charge of this storage since she wanted me to take the trash that she believed to be mine only because she saw me vajar to see that I was in the box that was outside and I say that it was mine it is not worth discussing because she is a girl who does not have the character to work in this place that is not convenient in this place

We needed a space quickly. Robert was very helpful, But failed to explain that I HAVE to have pay an additional insurance fee. So instead of the $30 max I was ready to pay. Total was $55. Not happy. Ask ahead of time about extra fees, locks, insurance, etc.! This information is not on the website, it was sprung on after we had already looked at the unit!

I was helped by Brett in getting my storage set up for the first time. He was very friendly and helpful and even walked me to my storage area and showed me how to use the lock. The new member promotional deal I got was quite nice too, considering I just needed to rent out some space for a month. All in all, Im pretty satisfied so far with the service.

Great Storage Facility!!!! From the moment you walk in and speak with the management to the ease of paperwork and the units available, I have to say the experience was fantastic. Awesome place so far. Ive rented from Public Storage before and not had many complaints but a few days into this go round and the experience has been great. Robert was very professional and helped me get the right size unit, boxes and any thing else I needed all at a great price. I highly recommend them and will be coming back. Thanks guys!

Ive been dealing with Elvia and Luis for some time now. I cant express how nice the experience has been. All the times Ive stopped by to have questions answered theyve always been more than helpfull. I recently moved to a larger unit and Elvia was so helpfull with suggestions to make the move smooth and painless.
