Best experience Ive ever had at any storage place, ever! Robert was extremely helpful and showing me the unit I had initially reserved, and also showed me a larger unit upon my request which actually better accommodated my needs. From the initial "hello" to the "good-bye" was quick, easy and the price cant be beat!! I was out of there in less than 20 minutes, and everything is all set up! He also provided me with a flyer to a person who moves things for people from point A to point B (Alton Storage) at a very decent price!! This visit to Alton Storage couldnt have gone any better! Thank you so much Robert and all of you at the Alton Irvine storage! Great customer service, prices, clean and newer facility, access hours are huge plus as well as all the security precautions and cameras put into place. Without a doubt I would recommend this place to everyone I know!!!

Upcharges forced insurance plans and claims you cant use your own lock. Tacks on up charges and fees. Signed up for auto pay first time they claim it wasnt set up so I pay a fee because the manager is out sick. Now yet again I see no autopayment, they tack on late fee. If your billing dept cant charge a crdit card when they are suppose to, dont charge the customer for your mistakes. Card was working fine funds sitting there for payment worked fine when I walked in yet they claim yet again they couldnt authorize the charge. Fishy. Not happy with this it needs to be corrected asap. I am not ok with paying an extra 60$ in fees when it should have been auto paid and the credit card works fine.

All I have to say is wow, this place is amazingly beautiful and secure. They have climate controlled units and an awesome dedicated crew that really knows their stuff. They were able to get me into a perfect sized unit and had all the packing stuff I needed available to buy there at a low price instead of hunting all over. I especially love the covered bay area as I was able to load my stuff into my unit even though it was raining. Definitely recommend this place!

Nice storage place but not a fan of hidden costs. Manager was far from pleasent when I wanted to use my own lock. If youre using this place bring your own round padlock from home depot. They only allow round key padlocks. Dont buy theirs. Also purchase your own storage insurance their fees can cost you more than your unit. Would be five stars minus the rude manager and minus the mandatory fees.

Brand new clean facility with climate controlled units! Was shopping around in the area and found that this place is the only storage facility WITHOUT hidden and additional fees!!! I cannot say enough about the design of this building and how awesome it looks inside and out, they even have a nice loading bay that kept the whole truck shaded when I was moving my stuff in.

I was beginning to love this place until they raised my rent 30% after only 7 months. Never have I experienced this type of price hike in the storage industry. I have a storage unit in every city I own a business and I see 5-10% increases here and there. They claim to have rising costs after 7 months of grand opening. Lies. Scam. Figure your finances out corporate!

This place is great! I recently made a big move to Costa Mesa in order to attend school and needed some place to store my stuff. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Barbara especially made sure that I wasnt overwhelmed. The building is really nice and the extra cover in the loading bay was a life saver when I had to move in the rain.

For the price, this is the nicest one around. I couldnt believe the deal I got, and was sure that it was a scam. Fortunately for me, it was all true. Brand new, clean, and for the ones with climate units, super cool. Because its all inside, theres no dust either. Much to my surprise, getting the rental was super easy and friendly.

Alton Self storage is a cut above all others. By its immaculate appearance and extensive security , one would think their storage cost would be pricey. I have found this to be the exact opposite. Fair and competitive prices with a 5 star facility rating.I highly recommend this storage facility.

This is the standard for a professional run storage facility. Very clean and always being cleaned. Very secure with lots of carts and elevators. Large covered loading area. The staff has always been friendly and professional. Ill be here for a long time.
