I dont usually go online to write reviews, but because of the superior customer service I received at Storage West in Irvine I felt compelled. Management at Storage West in Irvine is excellent! Carlos and Ava were friendly, VERY helpfully and efficient. We were going to go to Public Storage, but because of past bad experience with that company we decided to give Storage West a try and are really happy we did. What got us was their price was better, but what made the experience the best customer service I have ever received were Carlos and Ava. They even offered us their personal cell phones in case we ran into problems. They even have a truck available to use when moving your stuff in. No one offers service like that anymore. My husband and I feel content and relaxed knowing Carlos and Ava are taking care of our things.

Came here because of the great reviews and now Im adding one more. Carlos and Ava are very friendly and helpful. Security and cleanliness is good, and prices are reasonable. The one thing Id recommend is that you not use their recommended labor contractor (Labor Ready) to help you move in - we got 3 guys who seemed like theyd never done a residential move before; they took a long time, did some unprofessional things, and mis-handled some of our boxes and furniture, and they damaged one nice wooden piece of furniture, for which we were never compensated. So get your moving help elsewhere, but by all means this is a great storage place.

Storage West Irvine -- is definitely running a tight ship. Carlos and Ava are great managers and have made it a very pleasurable experience with something as simple as storing my stuff. I definitely would recommend this storage facility to anyone looking for storage in the Newport Beach CA and Irvine CA area. It is conveniently located next to John Wayne Airport and The District in case you need some cool refreshments / food while you are unloading your stuff. A++++++

By the time you get around to calling a mini-storage chances are your stress level is already high. For me, my son was in Texas in the hospital and I had 2 days to clear out his apartment, get his car repaired and stored. Carlos and Ava at Storage West on Kelvin in Irvine treated me like family and did not sweat a whole bunch of small stuff that would have made life much more difficult. What else can I say! If there was a 10 star rating, they would have it.

The managers Carlos and Ava are top notch. Ive use this storage facility for over two and a half years and have never had any problems. I actually look forward to going there and chatting with Carlos and Ava. Very nice people and very easy to ask questions too. Thanks guys for taking care of my stuff and keeping things safe. I would recommend to anybody! They make you feel like youre in a small town and appreciate your business! Thanks again!

Carlos, the manager who lives on site could not have been more helpful!! Not only did he open the office for us on a Sunday to start our rental, but he called the nearby Uhaul to ensure they would reserve a truck for us. Ive rented storage lockers previously on the East Coast, and also in the LA area: this is the best service Ive ever received! Michael

Came here as I got a great feeling with Carlos on the phone after calling few other places. It confirmed my feeling as soon as I stepped in the office. Ava & Carlos were very friendly and helpful, they gave me a real great deal and the lock without I asked anything. I would recommend this place to everybody who want a storage space in Irvine.

I initially had a positive experience at this facility. However, upon returning to town to collect my belongings and my car that I had paid to park on site, I found a huge dent in the side of my car. Damage was in excess of $2,500, and management wouldnt even agree to cover my deductible or give me any discount on my rental fees.

We have had a storage at this facility for about 5 years. Carlos and Ava obviously take pride in what they do as this facility is immaculate. They are a pleasure to work with and very accommodating . I would highly recommend this facility for your storage needs!
