This storage has best employees and service standard with very competitive price consider its very convenient location. I recommend the storage and the property manager Irma if you need to store your spared stuff at a safe place with very little fee. I got 10*15 unit for $111/ month. The first month was free! I purchased some wrapper tolls, locks, and boxes from the storage with a relatively higher price than other professional stationary stores would offer; consider the time I saved from doing research and running to others stores so I was fine with that. But I recommend you get them somewhere else if you have to purchase a lot for the moving and really want to save money. I purchased them partially to reward the work Irma provided for me. I still feel lucky I got helped from her, but I am sure other employees are very professional too.

I left my storage plans till the last minute, and so was a little panicked and disorganized when I rented a space, but Irma was extremely helpful and patient with me. She helped me find the right size for my unit, wanting to make sure I was getting the best deal possible. Even when I went back and forth between different sizes and different locations, she kept my original reserved, which was really thoughtful, as it ended up being the unit that I picked. She made sure I understood all aspects of renting and accessing my unit, and I feel very comfortable storing my things at her location. Definitely recommend!

This is my second time using Public Storage and I have referred Public Storage facility several times because I am very pleased with the customer service, location and availability. It would be nice if there was a truck service special to utilize but perfection is very rare. I applaud the service I received and on a scale of one to ten, would rate Public Storage as a 10 in professionalism, 10 in Knowledge, a 10 in speed and accuracy, and a 10 in availability. Thank you for making a difficult experience into a smooth transition.

I am very happy with there service. Irma was very helpful and very kind. First week of this month went to see the storage with my brothers family and she was helping very patiently. Yesterday, moved to storage and it was very very hot. Aaron was helping me to open the storage door. I was very thirsty and went to there office to look for cold water Aaron said , bring your bottle too and refill the cold water .very nice of him . Thank you Irma and Aaron.

Aaron greeted us with a smile and eager to help. He took us out to look at the unit we wanted to rent and noticed one of the light wires exposed and repaired it immediately. He went over all of the supplies with us to make sure our belongings would be safe. Our needs were met and went well beyond what we would imagine a typical customer would be treated. The storage place may have good rates but you pay for what you get last week we had thousands of dollars stolen from there. They cut through that flimsy drywall and went into our unit. The back row all the lights are off the acting manager said that there hasnt been any power back there for a month. So it was just easy pickings for someone there. The only cameras are up front. Go to a storage place that is metal and cement this one is terrible

Irma was the best. I had reserved a unit on line and when I showed up Irma had my unit ready. Irma also had other units ready to show me just in case I needed a larger unit. I had just paid my current months rent before I realized I was changing units. Irma is working with her manager to see if they can prorate my old unit. I hope they can.
