I needed public storage space. I just happened to notice this facility while driving by it. I stopped to inquire with no initial intention of signing up at that time. But, Tulasi, on duty at that time, was so good in understanding my needs and budget, I signed up immediately. Tulasi took time to show 4 different storage units of different sizes. I selected one and Tulasi did the paperwork. I changed my mind and opted to rent another unit. Tulasi never complained and redid the paperwork. Since then, every time I visit the place, he remembers my unit number and handed the key; this means a lot to me in these days of terrible customer service. I found the others on duty also to be friendly and helpful. Now about the facility. It is extremely clean and have not noticed any pests in the 2+ weeks I have been using it. My unit is not climate controlled but as good as one. So, I am able to store temperature sensitive goods. The only thing I suggest to the management is to install light within each unit. They provide truck if one is needed for initial move in. They have several large hand-trucks that are really useful to move the stuff in and out. My initial move in took several hours; so, I appreciated that they have a rest-room for tenants. This place is 15 miles from where I live but planning to keep my stuff there as long as I needed to. That is how much I like this place.

I have rented a storage unit at this particular location a couple of times, due to an unexpected death in my family, and I have always been impressed by the outstanding customer service provided by Randy, Tulsi and Amber. These three individuals are the most professional, knowledgeable, accommodating, courteous, compassionate, understanding and kind customer representatives with whom I have had the pleasure of dealing whether in person or by phone. Knowing that I lived out-of-state, Randy, Tulsi and Amber always went that extra mile for me every time I had to conduct business by phone. I will always remember them for their kindness and willingness to accommodate all my storage unit requirements and needs. I highly recommend Pouch Self Storage not only for the high quality condition of the storage units themselves, but especially for the excellent customer service provided by Randy, Tulsi and Amber.

I must say first off the year that I have been here renting a unit the 3 staff members I have delt with (Amber, Tammy and Tulsi) have all been in my eyes fair, and equal -non bias to me and everyone else i have seen. They present a family friendly atmosphere everyday. When I moved in, Amber picked up my belongings with their Free move in truck which saved me time and money. I even once left out a high dollar back swing that I thought might have been thrown out, they put it away for safe keeping until I came the next morning, to my relief. They always treat me with respect even when I have to be corrected. I highly recommend this place if you are in need of a storage. Thank You Amber, Tammy and Tulsi for your kindness... and Thank you to the Management for hiring such great people.

Staff is unbeatable! This is not my first go around the storage box... Ive always found the employees at other places lack sincerity when they interact with you... Get in get out pay your bill see you next month-type attitude. These people genuenly like the customers and make you feel like you BELONG there and ENJOY your visits! Amber is such a sweetheart.. With her green eyes, red hair and ruby red lips... When she greets you with a GOODMORNING! And beautiful smile you cant help but begin your day off right.. Tulsi with his contagious laugh and warm welcome he is always a pleasure to see. Tammys kind eyes and cheerful hello! Will always change your mood around. Thank you guys for always making me feel welcome.

Amazing Facility and would recommend this place to anyone who is looking to rent a unit. I have been storing for many years and have seen alot of facilities and this one is the best i have seen. This place has everything you need and the staff provides you with the best customer service. Tulsi is an expert at what he does and i cant thank him enough for making my experience here great!. This is the model for which all storage facilities should strive to be.

I was very pleased with my initial experience getting a storage space. Tulsi Saha was very organized. The facility is clean, the carts are readily available, & there were a couple of benefits I wasnt even aware of from the website. For example, I didnt know they can receive packages on my behalf so that I can store them at a later time. I also didnt know they would provide me with a lock & key. I highly recommend Pouch Self Storage!
