To anyone looking for a fantastic storage facility. Throughout my life I have had to use many storage units at various times. I have used some of the top names like: Public Storage, U-Haul Storage, Extra Space and Mini U Storage, among a few other smaller private facilities. I have never received the professional, considerate, and exemplary treatment that I have from US Storage. The facility is flawless. It is clean, well maintained and extremely safe. With Barbara and Jim living on the premise, and the many cameras, and the tight ship they run, I feel as though my things are under 24 hr guard and surveillance, because they are. I have never seen or heard of any mishaps or shenanigans going on there, like other storage facilities. The gate and all of the facility are highly maintained and in top working condition. Two of the storage companies I have mentioned have had gate malfunctioning, so during the day they have just left them open for anyone to come and go at will, with two cameras on the whole facility. Then in the evening, when they said their customers could have access, we were not able to get in after closing at 6:00 pm. It was a nightmare. In fact, right now, a friend of mine has a unit rented at Smart Stop Storage in Santa Ana, which used to be Mini-U-Storage, and the electric gate is currently broken and has been for a week. Nothing like this has, and I can confidently tell you never will happen at US Storage. Everything is highly maintained and in top working condition. My friend told me he has finally had it, and is going to wisely switch his stored belonging to US Storage, in Orange. I will also receive a referral discount for my referring him. It will be a win-win for both of us! Many storage places dont offer that kind of gesture of appreciation. I really cant say enough good things about this storage facility. I am just very grateful I have finally found an outstanding, reasonably priced, extremely safe and professional place to store my treasured belongings, and stuff I just havent had a chance to get rid of yet. I usually dont take the time to write reviews but I felt it worth my time to give a positive review. I have had many storages for the past 10 years for both business and personal use. I can say i finally found a set of Managers that take their job serious on a very professional level. Jim and Barbara treat each and every tenant with the up most respect and know that the storage space that people rent are more than just a place to store things. They both understand that what tenants have are important personal processions. I would highly recommend this storage facility to anyone that is seeking a storage unit.

The management team is tremendously friendly and helpful. When I was opening my account and obtaining a storage unit, they were very professional. Barbara handled most of my paperwork and was able to answer all my questions. Every time I have been to my storage unit, the facility has been very clean, both inside the buildings and outside. I have recommended this U.S. Storage to others. I have rented storage units at different locations and different companies over many years and this is the best I have been at. The best in regards to both management and facility.

Coming from U.S Storage centers in Norwalk, I can honestly say that the service is just as great at this location. Barbra and Jim were more than helpful in thoroughly explaining all of my options and satisfying my storage needs. Upon arriving I knew that I was going to reserve a unit so to save some time, Barbra immediately started writing up a contract while Jim was kind enough to show me the units out back. Jim was very honest as far as which unit I should take and even saved me some money in the end. Would definitely recommend to others. A+++

My husband and I have had a unit here for awhile and we have never had any issues, always great customer service, we are currently upgrading to a larger unit and they have been able to show us exactly whats a wanted and helped us decide which one would be a great size for us and price as well. Chris at the Orange US Storage Center on Main St is fantastic! The set-up process was very efficient and the facility is very clean and secure.
