Called here the other day, spoke to Heather, she was extremely helpful on the phone. She told me to come down that afternoon, when i got there, she was dillegently cleaning on the premises. When i arrived she came to the office, we chit chatted for a few minutes, then went out to visit a unit. I was pleased with the size unit i was shown, i made my concerns clear, she told me not a problem, she showed to another building where she showed me a plethora of different size units. I was very pleased with the service that i was shown here. Heather was so nice and helpful, answered all of my questions perfectly. I was extremely pleased with my first experience of Public Storage Upland, i will be sure to recommend this location to all of my friends. 4 Stars, only downside was it was rite next to the train tracks, extremely disruptive, at times it was difficult to even converse. Overall GREAT experience.

To Whom it May Concern, My name is Christina and I was helped by young woman in your office Heather. I would like for you to know that the kindness that she treated me with was above and beyond exceptional. I was arriving to your business via metro link train from Los Angeles. The train was delayed on the tracks for over an hour. I called to inform Ms Heather that there was a complication with me arriving before the business closed Ms Heather said that she would stay and wait for me. I was so pleased to find out that she would do something so kind. Ms Heather waited an extra hour to help me and she was just as kind I did not feel rushed and she answered all of my questions. Amazing amazing amazing customer service!!!! I mean the hassle of moving and paying storage fees is not the best things in the world to do. BUT LAURIE made me laugh so much made forget I was moving. Even though we laughed the entire time while singing my lease papers she remained professional, never losing sight that we were handling business. Her up selling wasnt pushy but a genuine concern for my stuff that I was bringing in. I was blown away by her attentiveness and professionalism. I am a General Manager myself and this is what I stress to my team on a daily build a reputation that people not only will come back but recommend you. Laurie did that!!!!! I will definitely recommend them to anyone who is moving. Thank you Laurie you rock!!!!!!!!!

I cannot say enough great things about Louise the manager! I was about to lose my storage unit due to nonpayment. Louise was in constant contact with me. She called me everytime there was a late fee, lien fee, lock change, etc. added to my account. She reminded me of the auction day getting closer. I am a forgetful person and taking care of my bro who has cancer. I truly believe I would have lost my unit if it were not for her calling and reminding me. My moms belongings are in my unit and she passed away one year ago. I would NEVER have forgiven myself if I would have lost all my memories of my mom! THANK YOU LOUISE!!!

Wow! What a great storage facility! I needed a storage unit and got my first one right here at Public Storage! Close to home with great prices and a well kept, secure facility. It was just what I needed. Cool temperatures in the storage building with easy access, and they even let me use their handy cart to move my boxes and furniture. Heather, the property manager, is so helpful and nice she makes me feel like family. I really appreciate her kindness and service. The whole team here is great! I highly recommend this facility to everyone who needs storage space! Thank you! -Dusty

I recently just rented a storage unit at public storage in upland. After a long day of jumping around from place to place getting rates from different people by far Erica saved my life. She did everything she could to help me get the storage I needed at a price that fit my budget. She was super helpful and has amazing customer service. And let me tell you I went to a lot of storage places and she was the only one who did what she could to get me what I needed. I highly recommend going to her for help if anyone is looking for a unit to rent. You wont be disappointed.

Please do not rent from this location. Please read the insurance policy before signing up. My personal belonging were stolen from my unit. I am the only with access and the key to my lock with the exception of the office staff. Miraculously my things were taken, the lock was placed back on the unit. And I was denied my insurance claim due to no signs of force entry. Appears that your belongings are not protected from an inside job. You will be better off storing your belongings at another company. This location gets no stars!

Do not store your property here! The security is non existent. I had my unit broken into and $2000 worth of inventory stolen. I receive almost no help. Anyone can climb the fence at night with a bolt cutters and have a field day. After talking to another customer who said that theft is common here. I received an incident report for my insurance claim and although it did not specify what the incidents were there were stated 75 recent incidents at public storage location. That should make you think twice.

I needed a couple boxes to ship my niece and granddaughter a care package. I happen to be driving by Public Storage and thought I would stop in to see if they had what I wanted. I was greeted by a young lady Erica, she was so cheerful and very helpful. I felt bad that I didnt need more than I got. They have really nice size shipping boxes. The store is small but they have everything you need. I will definitely stop in the future. I have lived in Upland for 25 years and never knew that this place was here.

Being my expectations of a storage place. When i arrived i was received with a smile and promt service. Frine, the lady in the front desk, explained all my options and made it so simple to decide what would be most beneficial for my 2bedroom home furniture. At the point in my life i have enough things to worry about and for her to facilitate this, (which i have experience with) for me made a world of a difference. If that werent enough, the property looks very clean and safe.

I am writing a review on behalf of myself and my husband Walter. We have a unit here at the Upland location, I love this place. Every time I come here this place is always kept clean. The past few times Ive been here there was a woman named Alisa in the office, i am always greeted with a smile by her. She is such a nice person. I would recommend this location especially to any of my friends and family. Good job Public Storage and Alisa, you all are doing a great job!

From the first phone call reserving a unit to meeting Heather in person at the Upland location I have had nothing but great experiences with Public Storage. The facility is always clean and well kept and Heather is amazing. She is very friendly, helpful and seems to always have a smile on her face. I will refer everyone I know to Public Storage of Upland for their storage and moving needs! Thanks guys!
