I went to the website & it was very easy to use. Compared size & prices. I was able to reserve my unit on line and said I would get a call from a representative from that location. Within minutes a very friendly voice called me & confirmed my information. Her name was Linda. She was extremely helpful. I set up a time to see the unit that day. Met Linda & she answered all my questions. Very knowledgeable & friendly. I didnt feel rushed, make me feel like a valued customer! I found the best price, clean unit, they met all my packing needs too. I also spoke with Jim onsite while Linda was finalizing my paperwork and he was knowledgeable & friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this location to my family & friends. Thank you Linda & Jim for all your help! Now all I have to do is pack!

There is no other place I would trust my valuables! Public Storage Laguna Woods is an exceptional, wonderful, amazing place. It is always clean, they are always help you professionally with a smile. They provide exceptional understanding when you have personal issues. I have stored my house here for 10 years and there is no other place I would trust. Other Public Storage places leave a lot to question, not the Laguna Woods location. Susan is the best, courteous, professional, knows the business, understanding and always helpful, Many times I forgot my code key to get in my unit, and she always helped me with a smile. This is truly one of the great places in So Cal.

susan was the first to accommodate me when i moved my "stuff" from atlanta, ga. back in feb. 2010; she was helpful as can be, and always available to meet my needs, throughout these years of my short term storage. recently i had changed my cc#, forgetting to notify public storage. when i was so informed by frances in a most professional and discreet way, my embarrassment was quickly extinguished. further, when i came into the office to rectify the issue, there was frances, actually remembering our phone call. great employees, in this day and age, are hard to come by. public storage should be grateful for their service.

Manager Steve was courteous and professional in answering my initial calls and corresponding with me thereafter. He patiently explained all the features of the facility and showed me around to let me see the two models I was interested in. He followed up with me the same day to ensure that I didnt have any unanswered questions and that I was completely satisfied with his facility! I went back in the next day and rented a unit from him. I was very happy with the renting experience with Steve and will be happy to recommend this facility to my friends in the future. Thank you, Steve!

I have been renting storage from this Public Storage location for over a year and they have always been good: the premises are clean and well stocked and the staff have been friendly and very competent. Today I went in to see if I could swap for a smaller unit since I have cleared out some unneeded stuff. Bailey helped me and did a tremendous job for me, helping me decide what size of unit I needed, how to obtain the lowest cost, and completing the paperwork for me. She gave me excellent advice and made the entire transaction easy and effective, Thanks Bailey!

Our storage unit is very clean and centrally located to us. The first meeting with Jim was the reason we went with this location; he is personable and friendly. Its climate control was also a deciding factor as we store fragile things that can be damaged in excessive heat. If you have any questions or problems-sometimes I have a problem with the elevator (operator error) -Jim and his personal attention are wonderful. Jim is also very friendly, interested in you, and what is going on in your world! Its nice to visit a friendly face every month!!

I needed to reserve a storage facility at the last minute due to a complication with a scheduled move-in date. Jim was absolutely fantastic. He went above and beyond to help me reserve a storage space and get me squared away with a lock and last minute storage boxs. I needed some storage space so I stopped into your store. Jim was the person that helped me out. He didnt have what I was looking for. ( outside ground level ) Instead of just sending me on my way he pointed me in the right direction! I may not be in that facility but I am up the street at cooks bay and I still got great service. I signed up for this storage facility yesterday. The premises are clean and Jim(Manager) is very professional and goes above and beyond to help out the new and in-house tenants. I have used other storage facilities and they dont compare to this one, when it comes to courtesy and helpfulness. I also feel that my items are safe and even well controlled with the temperatures. I am glad to be in house.

I looked at other storage companies, and decided on this one because the facility was so clean and cool and comfortable, I knew I would be more likely to come and organize my items while they were in storage, and when I move out everything will be in great shape. Not to mention a really nice staff, I know will help me with whatever question I have. Great place...and not my first rodeo.

We were very pleased with Public Storages Laguna Woods facility. It is clean, well lit and convenient to get in and out of. Moreover, Susan and Jim do a great job being attentive to their customers needs.

Highly recommend this Public Storage location to everyone. Its located at a convenient & easy-to-find location and parking is not a problem. Frances was friendly & helpful, made the move-in process very smooth & easy. All the other staffs are also very friendly & helpful as well. Do wish theres more carts available sometimes tho.
