Everything worked out fine. Reserved online, but without someone there at the time I had reserved, it wouldnt of mattered. There was a uhaul person there bright and early and ready to get me going. Denise registered me, got me all hooked up and checked out, and I was on my way in no time. Checking the trailer back in was also fast and went off without a hitch...lol. Again thanks to friendly, helpful Denise.

Please dont send email and latter anymore to me. I already moved out from a storage before expiration day. Whenever I called to U-haul, you guys always say we will check and then call back. But, you guys never call me and sent email again. I dont want waste time anymore!!! Please check a storage and then send email or letter to customers. My name is dongsub Sim.

I am disappointed and displeased with the managers this particular storage facility. I couldnt remove a mattress in time and they threw it out then charged me a months fee! What a joke. I was one day past my mark!
