The Best in town, not only is the location great but the Managment and staff members are the best and understanding especially when your having the worst day all it took was a phone call and a small detail explanation for the Manager April to tell me say no further take care of your other problem and come see me at my office as soon as you get back in town. And boy let me tell you that assistant of hers i dont know how to pronuance her name so i just call her D has a grrat sense of humor too. I called this duo Bonnie and Clyde lol ..As a business owner and as a customer i know how important it is to have a staff like the one at this location .I wish they would come work at my store for me but they love there jobs and i honestly feel its good to hear about the complaints but its rare the times people will go out of there personal time to write a good comment.Oh and not to brag but i travel throughout the states and have diffrent storages all over California because of my buainess it makes it more convinient a less cost effective and hands diwn this property is best kept clean and secure, which it brings me peace and compfort to know its secure and safe enviorment. I have to catch a flight back to Seattle but defenatly recommended if your looking for a storage ...

So I share with Marisol (Mgr) at Storage outlet in Pomona that this was my 3rd time renting from that location and she asked if would write a review on Google. If you live in Chino, Pomona, Diamond Bar or pass the Garey exit off the 60 Fwy on your way to work Storage Outlet Pomona is right off the free way across from In & Out. My experience with Storage Outlet Pomona spans 10 years and even though the people have changed the customer service and attention remains consistent. This could be due to hiring practices and or training. If you have experience with other storage places (Like me) and it is not to far out of your way I would recommend you take a few moments and allow them the the opportunity to earn your business. The customer attention is in the details and that starts when you enter.

I have been a storage outlet renter for ten plus years and have seen a lot of employees come and go. Marisela and her team are the absolute best! I always receive excellent, friendly service. They go out of there way to make you feel like a valued customer. The facility is always clean, well lit, and secure. They offer many different payment options as well as the ability to purchase any of your packaging needs. April, the stellar property manager, is on top of her game and well-aided by DeLacey, the office manager. My husband and I have been leasing units for more than 8 years and have been 100% satisfied! This is my girlfriends second time renting, here and we received excellent service. The managers were there to greet us with a smile right as we opened the door, and remembered us by our names. We are back because the managers provide excellent service and I know our items are safe. The Manager April is so funny and always leave me and my girlfriend with a smile on our face or a good laugh. Access hours are great and work around my work schedule.

Came to Storage Outlet Pomona as a first time storage unit renter and I must say, Ive never received customer service as wonderful as this place. The managers were very friendly and efficient. I was able to tour the facility and check out some different size units. When I decided on which unit I wanted, the leasing process was less than 15 minutes. Overall, I had a great first time experience, I highly recommend this storage unit facility.

Im a natural born Gypsy, Ive used a lot of storage companies and locations. THIS, by far is the best in the Chino Hills and surrounding areas. The ladies that work here are hands down professional and very quick to help. Pricing is perfect and the units are clean and the use of nice carts is awesome. the best management service ever.... the area may feel like its a risk but that is far from the energy and service i received... the prices may sound overwhelming but its protection and safety is there... i can also store my car there if i like. .. in a covered drive in covered! plus business accommodations is the best!
