This is by far the most hypcritical facility managers that I have ever came in contact with ....at first its a nice little sale, nice little layout ...almost feels to good to be true, once you pay then the true demons come out to play they shut you down and make you feel like a less than nothing renter by showing all yoir mistakes by telling you of all the restrictions they try maintaing little secretive inner click that they waIabout and placing restrictions on the renters, closing down the facility early but once the doors close there are other evil activities going on here. Their are multiple individuals whom have access to the facility 24-7. Thier is defiantly some shady caricatures.....peaking around corners and some how without activating the sensor lights ...walking by units looking inside! have counted at least 7-8 of em..... I was 15 min late leaving one night and the gate was locked from the inside i tried my code and it read that I owed $ 25 late fee and I could not exit.!.. i had important buiesness to tend to ...mysteriously my code worked on all the other doors INSIDE....see they charge 25$ BONES if your 1 min late leaving and the WILL NOT compromise and its no secret the cameras are only there so they can point the finger at the renters with a few of thier many facility charges!!!! UNBELIEVABLE how many charges thier are and they do not hesitant to stick it to the man and put me on check systems over it!. bike was taken and they couldnt seem to find the cam...! but when I was late they sure had camera of me under pressure of random charges scrambling around trying to leave....not to mention the next day slandering me all over the office and in front of other storage facilities managers present . This is just the tip of the Ice Berg with I-5 storage......if you want to hear some real whammys just report my post helpful of leave I-5 the storage they deserve.....without question!! Trust me. DO NOT RENT A UNIT HERE!

I have used I -5 Storage for three years and they have consistently provided great, professional customer service. Tim, Tina, Breyanna and now Carl have gone out there way to make things accommodating within their guidelines even when I have had emergencies. The spacious conference room space has even been very helpful in the past when needing to prepare for a presentation. This facility was a breath of fresh air compared to the Public Storage units I have rented before in the past. They keep their indoor units and grounds clean with staff mopping inside the units a few times a week. If you really value your SECURITY and love CLEAN facilities were dust is not an issue, I-5 Storage in Tustin is where you need to go to secure your belongings and receive peace of mind!

Ive been storing my boat at this location for almost 2 years and Im pleased to say that a couple of things have impressed me. Compared to my former storage provider, the access is the first thing of note. I-5 gives me much better access (6 AM to 7 PM daily vs. 9 AM to 3:30 PM 6 days a week). The second factor has to due with how clean my boat seems to stay! Although I store outside (I use a high quality cover) at I-5, the boat seems to be significantly cleaner than keeping it inside. The only thing keeping me from giving I-5 the highest rating level is if parking (I back in) was a little easier as the area is a little cramped.

Weve been with I-5 storage since last October (2016). We just recently moved from a larger storage unit to a smaller unit and the move was so simple! The property is huge, which gives ample room for aisles, elevator/common areas, and theres always an accessible cart for easy moving. Prices are reasonable, especially for their location. The best part about this place is their customer service. Weve always been greeted by kind, friendly staff whom are always willing to help with any questions.

The facility IS the Rolls Royce of them all! Mgr Tina & Brianna are hard acts to follow, yet staff member Karl reflects the high standards that are required here. I5 Self Storage was highly recommended, and no wonder: (1) I was amazed at the cleanliness of the property & storage units. (2) The amenities offered in the Main Office are CRAZY wonderful! (3) Staff members make me feel special and MY happiness counts. (4) REMARKABLE SAVINGS for a way above average space.

I was looking for other storages since I looked at Public storage and it was super expensive for such a small place. I looked this place up and wow was I impressed by the attitudes of the staff and how nice the unit was for the price. The lovely woman that helped us, I forgot the name, is always there greeting me with a smile when grabbing a key for the dollies. I will definitely recommend this to friends who need a nice storage and want great customer service.

Before choosing I-5 Self Storage, have visited several other storage and my experience on the other storage was not pleasant. so I decided to visit the web hoping to find a good place to store my goods. I called I-5 and the person answering the phone (Tim W) was very pleasant and helpful, he patiently listen and make suggestions to meet my needs. I hope this type of service continue and I will be a long therm customer. I highly recommend this place.

Having used self storage on multiple occasions, I can firmly state that I-5 stands above the competition. You will immediately notice the difference when you enter their clean and well furnished lobby. They are adequately staffed and the employees are both friendly and helpful. Security is also a cut above the typical storage place. I feel very confident knowing that nothing will happen to my belongs when they are stored at I-5.

A business should not allow this predatory behavior! They automatically take monthly funds from your account when the forms I have clearly specify they must get my approval by phone first. This went on for 6 months without my knowledge. They open at 7am, but you cant get a transport cart until 9am, but they dont tell you that. So youre stuck there for 2 hours. There are much better and honest storage place...

Law Offices

OMG...This is the friendliest storage facility I have ever been in. All of the front desk is so helpful and offer moving supplies in their front office, which is designed with car-themed nostalgic photos and decorations. Their office hours and storage opening hours are exceptional, including holidays, which is rare. I like the carts they have to offer to carry my items to my storage locker.

Im new to to I-5 Storage and have been very happy with the service and facility. I began looking for another storage facility not long after storing my belongings in a Public Storage facility in Irvine. I was displeased with the high cost and service. I-5 surpassed Public Storage in all areas and I recommend using their facility the next time you need extra room.

I had to move some of my stuff from my moms house that had been sitting there for years. Now its in a unit here and it is great. i dont have to get rid of it and then have to re-buy when I up size. it s nice and cheap in comparison the money Id have to spend later. They are super friendly in the office and I feel as if it is very safe to have my stuff there.
