I have never rented a storage before so being the over cautious person I am, I decided to shop around the area to find a decent priced and highly rated place to keep my stuff. It all came down to 2 places. Of course, I originally was going to go with Public Storage since they are the most popular but then I came across Extra Space Storage and to my surprise...they not only had cheaper rates but this location in particular had sooooo many great reviews. That just sold me right away. I always check reviews and ratings on everything and this location was so recommended. Once I went in to meet with the Assistant Mgr, she was incredible. Those reviews did not lie. This place really is the best. Best customer service, Best prices, totally secured storage....what more can you ask for? I highly recommend this place to everyone. My friends are literally tired of hearing me talk about it like it a place to hang out or something. lol

I had a friend recommend this place. Based off of her recommendation, I came here and never looked elsewhere. From the moment I walked into the door, I was greeted and received excellent customer service. I ended up renting a total of three storage units because I misjudged the amount of stuff I needed to store. Each time I returned to the office the staff was very accommodating and tried to look at the best options for me. Although I no longer am using their service, they would be the first storage place I would use if needed again!

I have been using this Extra Stave Storage for almost 6 years now!! The staff there expecially Aaron are amazing. I actually have to move my storage closer to my home and Im so sad that I wont get to talk to Aaron once a month when he calls to take my payment. Making sure I was never late. That is five star service ☺ Thank you for keeping my whole life safe while it was there.

Extra Spacce Storage is great. I have been a customer for over 10 years and i have had no problems. The facility is very clean and secure and i dont have to worry about my unit. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and I get a courtesy reminder to pay my bill before it is due. Its very convient and im happy with and would definately recomend Extra Space Storage.

Im not a tenant of Extra Space Storage yet but the people that work at the facility are friendly and very informative and go above and beyond customer service expectations. The facility is nicely kept and exceptionaly clean,more so than the other facilites is the surrounding area. I look forward to doing business with Extra Space and their friendly staff.

I just had a storage open with extra space off of Gladstone and there staff is very nice and courteous, I just closed my account just because I had no need for it anymore but if I ever need it again Ill definitely come back, Specially Herman he was the helpful manager on site and helped me with everything I needed ask for him if you need anything.

Great storage facility. They are always on top of payment reminders, never mean if you miss your due date, always eager to help. And they have great prices. I actually went to 4 other facilities and found a cheaper price, but they told me to come back there last, and they beat the other place. I highly recommend this location!

Ive rented here before and it was great dealing with Aaron. I had to get another storage once again and found Rene was just as great of a person as Aaron. Both Aaron and Rene are great people that I was able to connect with. Most storage facilities are the same, but I feel that who you employ makes the difference!!!

I have been storing at different extra space locations for quite some time. My experience at this location has been great. Aaron is always keeping the property very clean and always around. In my opinion extra space would be my only choice as long as there is one in the city Im living in at the time.

Just rented a unit from Rene. Very nice young man and very helpful. He stayed late to help us complete required paperwork. Unit is very clean and reasonably priced. Area appears safe and secure. Extremely satisfied with our experience. The customer definitely comes first!

Great staff and service. They upgraded some of the doors last months to a bright green color. Well maintained. The only thing I dont like is the price increase notices I get from time to time. Also good location and safe to visit at night.

These guys Aaron n Herman are far beyond excellent! Cuz of them we would make this location 1st choice. We have gotten better treatment here than a five star hotel!
