Stay away from this place. Just like other reviewers stated: the staff is rude, moody & unprofessional, price hikes every few months, no climate control in climate control units and contents of my entire unit were damaged. Not only was I not notified, but they dont want to reimburse me or turn into their insurance. Also, I have had a broken latch on 1 unit for over a year making entry and locking next to impossible & another broken one was knowingly given to me on my newer unit. The maintenance person went truly balistic when asked to repair them! Manager, Bonita, actually yelled at me, with a witness present, when I tried to speak with her about the damage done to all my belongings. She told me I shouldnt put anything important or expensive in their units. Run from this place!!

I previously posted a review that has been deleted. Apparently this company has decided to cover up the fact that they have faked reviews for all of their different business locations. The same person has written all of the reviews below, and has duplicated the same reviews for multiple locations under different names. Sad and unfortunate, but not surprising, that a company would stoop so low. I only found this out because I used Google to locate a storage company in the Alta Loma area. They are the closest, but I will not be using them.

Been in this unit for almost 7 years now. Tiles blew off the roof and then rain came in and got all of my things wet and water damaged. Price Self Storage told me that they could do nothing for me, because i did not have insurance, which wasnt available when i signed the lease/contract. The cost has done NOTHING but gone UP and UP and UP!!! I am now paying $310.00 a MONTH! PLUS, from all the winds and my unit facing North, EVERYTHING IS FILTHY!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE to ANYONE!!! Maureen and Kelly Blair

It is unfortunate but Price does not treat its customers with respect. We have received 3 price increases this year and when asked about it they gave us a $5 discount. We are moving out this weekend and closing our account. After checking (you can do the same) they are the highest priced storage facility in the area.

Benita and the girls made my move in and move out a great experience!! I love the security and knowing my items are safe. The 2 story temp control building that played music was great. They even provide carts to help you move your stuff around. I would use PSS again in the future. Thank you PSS team!!!
