Hello my name is William Glenn Swain I am a customer at Corona Self Storage Im so happy to give my review is sometimes its hard to go to a place because you dont know what to expect because some of the receptionis or consultant they kind of give you a hard time but finally we can go somewhere thats great and we met with the manager and her name is Alma Alma but in the end we think she is fantastic she goes out of her way to make sure that youre satisfied at and thats a rare that she goes out of her way to make sure that everything is taken care of and a very professional way so weve been here approximately 4 months and we would not think about going to any other place since we met Alma at Corona self storage and we let the receptionist name Alma and with her I dont think we are the only one that feels this way we think that all the customers come in get equal same treatment which is great Professional Service so I dont know if this is a rating from 1 to 10 or 1 to 5 but if I could write her one 20 I will give her 20 because I dont think you will find any service anywhere else and Im glad to be part of this organization I need storage and I recommend it all of my friends that this is the place and now he wont hesitate to think that they would not be treated as i am and Im very professional friendly way again my name is William Glenn Swain and Im glad to give the survey thank you so much

Not happy with this facility for the past few months. When "new ownership" took over, I received a letter to authorize the new owners to auto debit my account and they also changed my monthly due date. I did not send back the authorization however they went ahead and debited my account on the "new" due date! I called and got the answering service and was told a Manager would call me back regarding this issue. No Manager called me back and its now been 3 weeks! We cleaned out our storage and now Ive been trying to get in contact with the office staff to terminate this unit so they dont charge me again... nobody ever answers the office phone. You are always sent to the answering service who cant do anything for you or answer any questions. Again they took a message and said someone will call me back... ya, right...I wont hold my breath. Also, they are not open on Sundays which the answering service assured me because I was there on Sunday and they have a note pinned on the door saying... we are closed sundays! Bottom Line - Customer Service is horrible because nobody is ever there during regular business hours to assist you. I would suggest renting a unit somewhere else.

Upon our original move in date, the storage facility was under different ownership. Halfway through a new owner took over. They proceeded to terminate all existing employees that we had worked with and brought in new employees with new prices. They were planning on tripling our rent and were not willing to negotiate or consider the fact that we were established customers with a great pay track record. Needless to say we moved out at the end of the month. The customer service was lacking tremendously.

Ive been a customer at this facility for 3 years and have had other storage units at other facilities in the past, in conpairasion in a few words would be...Top rated facility! Corona Self Storage is all around the greatest! To the cleanness to the service needs and expectations to the staff. Alma has always helped me to get the best fit unit for me all while keeping a positive attitude and a great welcoming smile. Keep up the Great Job .... Eric N.

RV Storage is good, I was parking in dirt & weather is trashing my RV. I found Weirick Storage & their property is paved, good cameras & lighting. Which is great because I got broke into at the last place, so at Weirick I feel much safer. Price was good they beat another place down the road. Also with their hours I can get access ANY DAY of the year. Thanks Weirick, The Bernard Family

Have always had a pleasant experience at this facility, primarily due to the gal that runs the place (Alma Neri). She has the best personality, always friendly and eager to help. She helped me figure out what size of a unit I needed to rent, without making me feel like she was just trying to sell me a bigger unit. This facility is kept tidy and feels secure.

I turned in my storage locker this morning. Overall, it was a very easy process and they have VERY fair pricing. The rooms are clean, the facility is well kept and the manager is excellent. She is knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. The buildings are very secure, I never once worried about storing my priceless belongings. Rent with confidence!

I like it because the manager is super sweet when you come in the door she helps you get everything handled and feel like you know the place by the time shes done showing you around pretty cool I like it alot more than my last storage good job alma keep up the good work.. maybe you should think about giving that girl a raise

Needed a spot to store my fifth wheel trailer for three weeks while visiting my parents in Laguna Woods. Signing up was easy when I got there. The facility is gated and clean. We encountered no issues at all. The site was safe. I left the facility completely satisfied. Will store here again if the need arises.

After doing my homework to find a good price, I decided on Corona Self Storage. It was a good call. Located right off the 15 freeway, it is easy to get to. The complex is large and well maintained. Desiree helped me get the unit I needed. She was very nice and seemed to enjoy her job (which is always a good sign).

Alma and Ashely were working when went in to pay my storage payment. Both of them were very cheerful and up beat. They were interested in making my visit the best part of my day.... they succeed and made my day with their open warm hospitality and outstanding customer service.

My stuff has been stuck in their elevator all day. Its still stuck in there! NOBODY is answering their phones! What good is a right price when nobody is around to help or fix problems???. GO ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR STORAGE NEEDS! (Their prices are NOT the best, either.)
