Im very pleased with the customer service, Ranie is very professional and knowledgeable. Ive been here for a few months now and the times Ive come into the office to make a payment she has been friendly and takes the time to remember everyones names and she brings positive energey, I recomemed this facility for its cleanliness and friendly staff, i feel i can trust my belongings here as well.The move in process is quick and painless, she is very throrough and explains everything in great detail. She is the perfect person to go to in need of a storage whether you lost your house, going through a divorce, or simply just trying to get your house in order, she always has a smile and works very hard. I hope my review helps you chose a place you are happy with. Not to mention, they have a move in special of $29.99 for the first month.
