Oh my god, I came on Friday to rent a storage space and dealt with a person Katie and when I came back to put my things in storage, things were all wrong! First, she gave me the wrong size storage space and I needed a space that would whole 2 bedrooms of furniture, which I did ask for a 10x20 and she said there were none available inwhich I found out there were three. Second, she told me she was new and did not know how to open the lift because nobody showed her how to use the lift and she is still learning. But today, the day of my move, I found out the lift was broke and could not be use and she never told me there were other lifts on the premises. Thank god for Ashley! She was able to get me into a 10x20 quickly, as I had three trailers pull into the gate to unload my apartment contents. She was extremely professional when I was on the verge of tears based on what Katie had set up and she was very upbeat and had a can do attitude. Needless to say, everything worked out the way she said it would and I was able to un load my stuff into that space and leave with the satisfaction that my property is in good hands with Ashley. You guys need to hire more people like Ashley and I will be referring friends and neighbors based on my experience with Ashley today.

Rented here for exactly two months and 99% of the time I called nobody picked up. I got the special for the first month $1 and the only time they answered the phone (after many attempts) I talked to a lady who said she was the manager and asked her when I needed to get my fridge out because I didnt want to pay another month or any extra fees and she told me as long as the space is empty by the end of the business day of the 9th I would b fine because on the 10th my teo months would start. So I went to empty the space on the 9th (office was closed and I had to call the 1800 # and then the employee showed up) well he charged me the days 1-9 plus the monthly insurance. I explained I spoke to the lady and she said as long as I moved by the 9th there were no extra charges but he said "thats weird, Im pretty sure it was a misunderstanding but u have to pay" I end up paying thirty something for the "extra" days. They should give the right information when someone calls because people using public storage are ppl who either had an emergency (like myself) or are trying to hold on to their stuff and they should be more considered when giving "information" about days charged etc and answer the phone!

Today I came in to see about getting a parking space. The young lady in the office name Krystal really gave me the info I needed. Although she did not have what I needed at the time. She still took me to the parking spaces and said that she would have one real soon. She did mention that I could put my car in an enclosed storage and when the parking space came available I could transfer. She showed me a 10x20 (I believe that was the size) it was a little out of my price range. We went back to the office and she offered to look around to see if another location had parking. They did but it was further then I wanted to go because hole is just two streets over. If you want excellent service, a caring person, and someone who will let you know every detail of the process this is where I recommend going. She also put me on the waiting list for the space and will call when it is open. Looking forward to doing business with you guys soon.

Krystle was great! She called me after I made a reservation within 3 minutes. She was very friendly over the phone. When I arrived she went over every detail with me. She explained the insurance, box bundle deals and details of my contract. She showed me my unit, and assisted me with buying boxes. And I got a great deal! She readily answered all of my questions. She was very warm and friendly, but also very professional. You can tell this girl takes pride in her work and has a great work ethic. Office and property grounds were very clean. Moving is stressful enough as it is but she put my mind at ease, and made the storage part of moving so much less stressful. Krystle is just a doll and I hope Public Storage recognizes what a great employee she is. Thank you so much for making my moving day so much easier Krystle!

I have had the most wonderful experience at this location. When I first moved down from San Diego four years ago Lori the manager kept the location open 5 minutes after closing because the moving truck stalled and we where only a few blocks away. Her assistance in helping me over the phone while all this was happening was beyond professional. Over the years I have noticed how hard she has worked to keep the place clean and when I forget to pay the bill she gives me a call before there are any late charges to my account. I would recommend this location to anyone looking for friendly service, and great prices. If you get to meet Lori youll understand why we love to give our business to Public Storage. The property is always clean and well maintained. The access gate and keypads work well and the freight elevators are easy to use. My units have been both upstairs inside and drive up and they have always been clean and easy to access. I feel very secure keeping my storage items with this Public Storage location. Lori and Rachel are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have both gone out of their way to work with my scheduling needs. Great customer service, great location, I highly recommend this branch of Public Storage!

Lori has been an amazing organized, thoughtful, and caring woman. She has a warm smile and greets everyone equal an fair. she also not only helps get you a storage but, when your having trouble with you car she comes and helps like the caring person she is. The office is very neat clean an organized. shes on a business level! I would have given more stars if I could. I have never rented a storage unit in my life. So, I didnt know what to expect. Lori was AMAZING. Within a few minutes, I felt so comfortable with her. She was so friendly and helpful. I could also tell she was very organized and took pride in the appearance of the facility. I would definitely recommend this facility to anyone who needed storage, that is as long as Lori is always there.
