On every occasion people tailgate in both directions at the gate. With the rent paid current you can get stuck inside (or outside) the facility at their discretion. Im very dissatisfied with their customer service because my time is valuable and when there is no one to answer my call, while Im unable to exit the facility for no apparent reason, Im stuck waiting to tailgate at the gate. Absolutely stupid process here.

Couldnt have asked for better help with our situation that we encountered while moving into our new home. We appreciated everything that your employees did for us. Parking our truck there with all our belongings we felt that it was safe and didnt have to worry about a thing until we needed it to move in. Would definitely recommend Plano Self Storage in Rancho Santa Margarita for any of your storage needs.

The staff at this location are very helpful and polite. The storage units are competitive with other companies. They are clean, well lit. They are closed on holidays so know that you will need to plan accordingly. Been very happy here.

Very large storage facility with a great staff and amenities. Lots of space for your RV and/or boat. There are also climate controlled units to store your valuable possessions that you forgot about.
