Teresa Silva is the nicest storage sales woman this side of the Disney Matterhorn. She is kind, nice, intelligent, patient, honest, and will be your storage friend for life, besides that, she drives a cool cart around the property - bring the kids! This facilities is a Storage for the Gods. Clean, accessible, simple to join, friendly Teresa, great hours and nice atmosphere for a storage facilities, also the prices are competitive. And you can save on admission to Wildlife Animal Park, as outside the fence of the property are coyotes, rabbits and the occasional grizzly bear. Dont go to any other storage facility, do yourselves and your boxes a favor, just store your things here and then go to Starbucks.

Best storage company I have experienced and heard about - great people and service! The staff is professional while being friendly, the units/office/whole facilities are very clean and in excellent condition, and the rates are competitive. They regularly communicate with current and prospective customers - e.g., unit availability, changes, and payment reminders. Teresa, specifically, is always positive, remembers my name and unit details, and will go out of her way to deliver great customer service.

This is a great location in Ladera Ranch. Teresa and the other managers are always friendly and helpful. They keep the facility very clean and organized. I have a drive up storage unit as well as RV spaces that are very convenient and easy to access. They have several security cameras that keep everything safe. Im so thankful to have such a nice facility thats close to home. I highly recommend Extra Space Storage and suggest you ask for Teresa when you need some help.

She has always been so kind, gracious and helpful to me, whether it be making the paperwork a quick & easy process, to finding the right size unit for my needs. Great facility and super clean. I must say I am really impressed from all the Storage properties in a few states I have been in Ladera Ranch has my vote as the best so far! Not only is the property impeccable, which the landscaping clean and free from cigarette buds lol. You are always greeted with a smile from Teresa. She always remembers your name and what your last conversation was... mighty impressed! Keep it up!

Clean, efficient, and cost effective storage. Paperwork took about 10 minutes at most. The only minor complaint is that they use a proprietary lock, so you have to buy theirs. But the low first month pricing more than covered the lock price. One really big plus Id that they have lots of carts around the place. Also, good lighting so you can load or unload at night.

I reserved my storage unit online, then set up an appointment to see the unit in person. The facility is very clean, the lobby is nice and inviting, and the agents are very friendly. Jeff walked me to my new unit, explained access to the facility, and even showed me a few easy entry and exit points for a moving truck. Everything was clean, simple, and easy to setup!

I love this location. I was shopping a few different places and went out of my way go with this particular Extra Space. They have a very pleasant and clean facility but the amazing staff is what made my decision. They go out of their way to give you the best customer service and accommodate you. Teresa was the best! And she can multi task too. We had to make a couple trips to the storage unit and when we came back to the office there were people waiting, and she was able to help myself and the other customers at the same time. She should own the place someday! Aside from the service, the units are nice and clean. Great hours to access your stuff.

This place is a prime example of Great Service !!! We worked with Linda to find the perfect unit. The unit was in a great location, very clean and secure. The hours to enter were much better than various other storage places in the area. My last comment would be the rates are great for the size needed. Keep up the great work Linda and team.

This place is very clean and well kept. Watch out for the move in deals. They sound great but as soon as they can they will jack the prices up and up going that once your in you will pay the increase rather than going through the trouble of moving out. This is how they all do it though so....
