Ive never written a review for any business. I cannot say enough about the entire operation. The staff were very profesional. The cleanest, most secure, property of any storage place Ive ever seen. The price was actually lower than the other older kind of "shabby" storage places I checked out. Honestly the price and property were enough to earn my business. A few days later with the truck and a deadline with serious $$ penalty that will be due if the property is not vacant. The "pro" moving company I had contracted for the job was a disaster. They actually tried to shake me down for more money 1/2 way into job they were already paid to do. They ended up walking off the job- So Im stuck on Friday 5pm and a morning deadline. Well I was so upset and stressed out- Then the manager I met a few days before said " What a bunch of crooks" He had witnessed the exchange. Long story short- After work he helped me until nearly 2am. This guy was a machine!! He saved me and chalked it up to just doing his job. While working together I learned that he loves the company he works for and working with his wife Julie (she brought us food and drinks) they manage the property together. Really genuine, nice, honest, hard working, folks. They deserve all the business they get! So if you need storage PLEASE do yourself a favor and talk to them. Tony or Julie- Im not leaving a name because I dont want the referral credit I just wanted to tell the world how great these people are. Thanks Again

Greetings! I have been a happy tenant at US Storage Center in Laguna Niguel, CA for 2+ years. I have nothing but great things to say about the facility, the staff, and the all-around quality. I have rented from many storage facilities ranging in location (San Diego, Orange County & Los Angeles) and this specific facility is BY FAR THE BEST. I have a climate-controlled unit, so I know all of my belongings are in the best possible situation. The security gives me peace of mind, with gates and cameras everywhere. Extended hours of access are offered, and the general hours of access are quite liberal, as well. It is such a plus to have a facility that is well kept and CLEAN! Its a very nice place, with listenable music playing through the halls to make your move that much easier. Theyll even loan you a truck! The staff is always very accommodating, and the managers Julie & Tony are incredibly delightful. They are personable, and informative, and I have never felt unsure about my business there. I really can go on and on about everything about the entire operation. Im really happy to have found a secure, clean, friendly establishment to store my belongings. Tenant, Chaney Bryant

Thank Julie and Chris for helping me with the storage. I have called around the South OC area for a storage space. Julie is really nice and helpful to talk with. She is a lot more professional than the others I talked with. I told her about the volume I have, she assured me that her recommended space would store it. Sure enough, I maximized the space. I went to the office and met Chris. Chris is also very nice to work with. The office is very clean and organized. He showed me different spaces because I never rented storage before. The storage space and environment are really clean. I did not see any dents or damages on the doors. It gives me a safety feeling. Also, Chris and Julie mentioned that they never had break in. Security is definitely my concern. I really enjoyed renting a space with Julie and Chris. I hope the rest of my experience will be equally pleasant. Thanks Julie and Chris.

This is an excellent facility. The storage units are in great condition. My unit had interior and exterior doors with lighting and easy access for loading and unloading. Several dollies were always available for use. The exterior and hallways are spotless with great security. There are two security gates, one for entry and one for exit. Both require your code to operate. I always felt safe going to my storage unit at night. The facility is monitored with numerous security cameras and someone on staff is available in the office. Everyone in the office is customer service oriented and exceptionally kind and attentive. The office has every type of packing material should you have the need and also has a delivery truck available for use. I highly recommend US Storage in Laguna Niguel.

The Laguna Niguel site, run by Julie and Tony and their team is the "Nordstrom" of customer service. They are the Rolls Royce of caring, gracious, accommodating professionals in the storage industry. In fact, I would include their ranking among all of the service based industries I have ever dealt with. I have had storage at their facility for over a year and have referred people to their location. Always greeting you with a smile, their team is truly the best! Hi, Im back again, renting storage from yours Laguna Niguel site. This is the only place to store my things, as far as Im concerned! They deserve the highest in ratings for all areas of service, kindness, ready to deal with, the creme de la creme, best of the best! Thank you for making this part of my life easier!

This facility is absolutely TOP NOTCH, very professional and courteous, yet it actually feels like family. I am so pleased with the units, the location of the facility, the accessibility for really large moving trucks to get in and out, and the climate control is just perfect. The area is very safe and secure and constantly monitored. I feel safe going in and out of there and also having my possessions stored in the units. You get all of these perks and then to top it off the prices are unbeatable and I definitely did my research! Chris at the front desk is the nicest guy youll ever meet and so incredibly helpful and accomodating. This is truly first class customer service all the way and that is nearly impossible to find in a business these days. 5+ stars!!

US Storage Centers is the best storage facility in South Orange County. They offer competitive prices and great customer service, really making you feel like part of the U.S. Storage Center family. My husband and I just sold our house and have not found a new one yet, so we had to put all of our belongings into storage. To top it off, I am pregnant so I could not help my husband with much of anything when it came to actually moving. US Storage Centers accommodated our situation by offering us to use their moving truck (which they allow every one to use moving in) and finding us a unit close to the pull up area. We could not be happier with our storage situation. THANK YOU US STORAGE!

Laguna Niguel US Storage is HIGHLY recommended! Julie and the staff were so supportive and helpful throughout our two month stay. This was our first time ever needing a storage unit. Whenever we had questions they were answered so quickly and efficiently. The facility is very well maintained, we always had a variety of cart options that were in great condition, and the pull up elevator access made it super convenient to easily get everything to our unit. I would definitely recommend this storage center to anyone in need. Julie will get you setup and ready to rock in roll with encouragement along the way. She is too sweet! We had a wonderful experience and couldnt be happier.
