I have been a Customer of Public Storage for over 2 years now. Olga has been there the whole time and is one of the most friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and courteous employees that I have ever dealt with. She is so easy to work with, and is always very personable and always has such a positive and happy demeanor about her. I couldnt help being in a good mood after seeing her or talking with her. I went through some hard financial times throughout these last two years, and Olga always came through for me and helped me keep my Storage so I wouldnt have lost everything. She knew the difficulty that I had gone through, and always was such a joy and upbeat person which meant the World to me. I would definately recommend Public Storage, especially Laguna Niguels location, and 110% refer anyone to deal with Olga. She really knows her job and does it extremely well! I have been here for 3 years and I am very pleased with PS. Mini storage is all about convenience and this place provides everything you can ask for. Easy access in and out of the facility, gates always work, large elevators for inside storage and large open area for vehicles for outside storage, always extra clean and feels very safe. Inside temperature control is never too hot or too cold, office hours work for me, Olga is always there ready to help and provides really exceptional service both over the phone and in person. My 8x5 storage area is small but very tall. Got a ladder and left in the space so I could be as efficient as I could with the space I have. I have been to other facilities in the area and this is the best.

I rented my space in November 2016 and I have been most impressed with the customer service extended to me. In particular, Susan has been great in answering any questions, providing insights and always being helpful. She is a great ambassador for Public Storage as she is always professional, friendly, proactive and timely. She stays in touch inquiring our level of satisfaction and seeking feedback on how Public Storage can continue its high level of customer service. I have recommended this location to others and will continue to do so. It has been our first experience ever in renting a storage unit and it has been very positive because of people like Susan.

I first met Miguel when I rented my unit in the Whatley location. He was very helpful and helped me feel comfortable with my belongings being at that location. He also spent time assisting me with the lock because I was struggling to figure it out. I recently went to the LN location to make a payment b/c it is close to my residence, and Miguel was there. I knew I knew him from somewhere but initially couldnt place from where. It then hit me that it was from the other store location. As usual, Miguel was very friendly when taking my payment. He represents Public Storage in a very positive manner. He is an asset to the organization!

I NEEDED A STORAGE UNIT A.S.A.P!!!. THEN I HAD PLEASURE OF MEETING SUSAN AT PUBLIC STORAGE. SHE WAS THE ANSWERS TO MY PRAYERS, A TRUE TOP SHELF PROFESSIONAL SHE WAS ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE MY STORAGE NEEDS ON THE SPOT AND ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS ABOUT POTENTIAL UPGRADES . SUESAN WAS VERY PATENT AND PROFESSIONAL AND NEVER SEEMED TO BE BOTHERED MY INABILITY TO DECIDE ON A UPGRADE BEFORE GOING INTO CERVICAL SPINE SURGERY. I KNOW THAT MY PERSONAL BELONGINGS ARE SAFE!!! I am a contractor who was looking for drive-up storage. I called public Storage and talked to Susan who was very helpful. I stopped in that day and Susan showed me a empty unit. she looked on the available units and found me a larger unit for only a few dollars more. The larger size was the best choice... Thanks Susan!!! I have had my storage unit for 4 months and things could not be better. Easy access into the yard, clean well kept and very friendly staff. If your looking for a storage facility this is a great one!!!!!

Olga is extremely professional, responsive and thorough. There is a real comfort in the fact that she has your best interests in mind and really cares. She was friendly and took the time to go over pricing, give me a tour all the while never feeling pressured, just informed. We had our second slab leak at our house in Mission Viejo. I needed a place to put the stuff in our garage so we could have the house re-piped. I showed up on Sunday morning at 9:25 A.M. The public storage manager Ava showed up right at 9:30 and found me the perfect unit for my immediate need. I am a very satisfied customer and I highly recommend Ava and this facility to anyone who needs extra storage short-term or long-term.

Olga really helped us out. She looked-after my mom who is suffering from some memory problems, and really went the extra mile to help her with lost keys, downsizing to an appropriate-sized storage, etc. An unethical person would have let her spend all of her money on storage. I appreciate Olga and her efforts quite a bit. Thanks again for going beyond the call of duty and being a caring, thoughtful human being.

Exceptional service! Olga the lady who helped us and was so and accommodating, friendly and had wonderful customer service. After seaching everywhere for decent storage rates, of course public storage came through for us. Cant beat 50% off!! The unit we rented was a perfect fit, with easy access for moving our things.
