Critique currently under construction in effort to try narrow down the list of epic downside failures & events into something that can be easily read. On site employees at this and other Pouch locations are generally nice, friendly people who would be very customer oriented and situationally accommodating if it werent for the Gestapo-like Operations Manager that rules by intimidation and prides herself in not being anyone who would stoop to some spineless need to be reasonable when she can make employees & customers alike fear for their jobs or precious rental units which she can end for the at the first hint of displeasure to her authoritarian rule no matter how long you have worked for the company or rented from Pouch. This Third Reich Super Arian shines her boots with the nervous sweat she illicits from those lesser beings who need jobs and wish not to be forced to move their things out of rental units in the 10 days she is legally obligated to give those she chooses to evict occasionally just to prove her power is real ...as granted her by the Companys Owner who made his much younger blonde haired file clerk, who had previously never so much as visited an actual rental location, the All Facility Operations Manager for doing such a good job for him with all those files.

What a great bunch of people to work with! My friend had to move her things out of storage and we live on the Island of Maui, Hawaii. This is not an easy move and you can imagine how much work goes into the planning of this type of transition. Amber and Mike were so helpful and accommodating that I forgot that we were actually dealing with a company and it felt more like dealing with really good friends! They helped us any way they could and we are eternally grateful for all they did for us while we were unpacking and packing boxes, sorting and donating items for three days! We will never forget their kindness and going above and beyond to help us through a very difficult transition. Thank you Amber for always being there and Mike for your support and letting us borrow your broom and dollies! We can actually say we miss you guys!!! Much Aloha! Da Sistahs

I went in to pay one month and was told my check was not correct. They claimed that they mailed me a rent increase letter, which I did not get. They kept saying they mailed it and they knew I got it. Told them I did not. The letter was a 30 day notice of rent increase. Told them since I did not recieve it this is my notice. They then would not take my check and now are trying to charge me a late fee saying I am late even though I gave them my check timely. Now they are saying I did not pay at all for that month. Very unreasonable people to deal with. They do not know the law and seem to want to make it as they go along. I am not a happy customer at all. I would not recommend them to my friends. 2011

Simply the best experience Ive had with a storage facility. They even have a moving truck and driver that will haul your belongings to their facility. Moreover, the staff is extremely helpful ane professional. Lastly, they have a very easy way to pay online. Dont look any further, if you need a storage unit give them a call first and foremost.

If you are looking for a storage center, this is the place. Gilbert was incredibly helpful and I was able to rent my unit very quickly and easily. He went out of his way to find me a unit within my size preference and price range. I totally recommend Pouch Self Storage to anyone looking for a storage facility.
