A Great Experience at a Storequest facility. I had the tedious and boring task to find and rent a a storage unit. After disappointing office exchanges at numerous other facilities in the area, I didn’t rent because the advertising seemed deceptive as to having “Move In Specials”… what I called “Bait and Switch” just to get you into their office….. What a shocker at Storequest in comparison. First, when I walked in I met two of the liveliest and welcoming ladies, Leann & Naomi. I was expecting the same lines that I had got at the other Storage companies I had just visited, “ Sorry! All our maximum discounted units are rented! ”. I thought I would be “Sneaky” and throw a curve ball and ask for either the smallest size or largest size to get a “Move in Special” just to test the “Honesty Factor” of their advertising, when what I really needed was the popular 10x10 size. Leann and Naomi hit the ball out of the park. When I relayed my disappointment at what I felt was the false advertising at the other storage companies, Naomi flashed this big Cheshire cat smile and said “Not Here, If we advertise move in specials we go out of our way to provide them. If we are full up we don’t keep advertising move in specials”. Then Leann, with obvious enthusiasm, introduced herself as the facility manager and quickly offered unit size and availability AND I would receive the “Move In “special on any unit I decided to rent. Deal done. I forgot, the pricing also was better than I had received at the other competing companies. Apparantly, Storequest does something special for their employees, because these two Ladies where the most outgoing and actually happy persons I had met during my search for a deal on a storage unit in the area. My recommendation is to check out Storequest Storage, may not have to waste any more time as I did, looking for a Move In Specials and a great rental experience. For the guys out there, neither of the Ladies had rings on their left hands!! Happy Renter, RC

I just opened a storage space less than two months ago on Magnolia in Riverside. Shanae patiently and diligently looked through the inventory of open storage spaces available to find just the right spot for me. When I later informed Shanae that a metal piece on the upper frame of the elevator door interfered with its closure, she immediately contacted the porter to have this fixed. I thank them both for resolving this so quickly. I am quite pleased with the customer service Ive received so far at StorQuest Riverside, which got off to a great start with Shanaes bright smile and impressive "can do" style. Keep up the good work!

I have been with Storquest Riverside on Magnolia for over a year. They were going through management issues for a while. With Ashley and David everytime I go in they know both my and my wifes names and our storage unit number. They are genuine and friendly with every interaction. They are both a great assett to their company and hopefully get treated as well by Storquest upper management as we are by them. Anyone looking for a self storage should definately choose this location. They do a great job!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

you cant find a better place to store your belongings. The staff are awesome. they have a sense of humor. NINA and BRANDON are very helpful. Ive rented at other facilities here in Riverside and my experience with the staff has always been curt and never made me feel like i would rent there again or refer my friends. StorQuest on magnolia in Riverside on the other hand i tell all my friends that this is the place to go. Dont forget the prices are better than any other place. hope to see you there. You will not go wrong.

We were looking for a place to store our RV. We called several places, many didnt even answer the phone and at other places we just got answering machines. StorQuest answered and they gave us all the information we needed. Once we went to their place, they were very friendly and showed us around their facility, answered all our question. What I like the best is that they have 24 hour access to their facility and you can set up online payments. Great service! We were very impressed.

I have been storing at this location for 30 plus years. I have seen several companies come and go. This is by far the best company and crew this place has ever seen! David has gone out of his way to help me whenever I needed it. Nothing is ever to much trouble, and you are always greeted with a smile! Ashley has also been great help as well she will do all she can to help and show you your options before making a decision. Thank You David & Ashley! Steve G

We recently got a storage a a parking space at this location and with in a couple months we found the staff and Leane very trustworthy and extremely nice. I had to receive a couple packages there given my work situation and with no question it arrived safe and sound, they called me to let me know details. They have exceptional organization and customer service skills. We greatly appreciate everything! The staff and Leane.

I was evicted & asked to move due to theft activities occurring that had nothing to do with myself or my units. One person "caught red handed" chose to throw my vehicle (which stuck out like a sore thumb) in their after hours activity as a scapegoat & therefor without hesitation or video evidence we were asked to vacate no questions asked. Unfounded and unfair without a doubt.

I have been storing my RV at Riverside Storequest for about 6 months they are allways friendly and keep the site clean. I really like the new automatic door they had installed it makes the facility more secure and accessable. I highly recommend storing your RV or Boat or anyting else at the Riverside Storequest. I must acknowledge the fact that I have experienced great customer service and have encouraged my business partners and friends to utilize riverside location for storing their personal vehicle whenever they travel back and forth to las vegas...I highly recommend this location based on what Ive been experiencing since 2010 to current.

excellent service and best prices in Riverside. 100% better than Public Storage which had lousy service and extremely high prices nearly double what I got at StorQuest. Just shop around when looking for storage. example: locker locks exact same item cost $24 at Public storage where StoreQuest cost was $11....

I has several storages in mind but decided to have a unit from StorQuest because of their excellent customer services. Nina is so friendly, funny, and sweet. She definitely answered all the questions I had. Prepare for abs workout when you visit the office because she will make you laugh so much!!
