Had to leave country for a family death, come back tried to pay bill a day after I said I would and they wouldnt accept my payment, had to pay the next month due even when you have a extension for 10 days when payment is due, have been with storage for over 3 years, I have been late but only by a few days and have Ali paid, now for a family emergency and trying to pay my bill and they wont except, you would think that due to a family death and me having to leave that they would accommodate me a one time but manager on duty would not take payment, after more then 3 years I will look for another storage unit to move my stuff. And ask prior to this I was with them many years after they opened for about 5 years and I came back but it looks like all they care about is money instead of being a family opened company they would want to help their loyal customers.

When we first moved in 2003 to our new home in the Riverwalk development we had quite a number of boxes, mostly my notes, which we did not want cluttering up our new home. We rented a unit at "A Storage Place" due to its proximity to our new home but more importantly because of the cleanliness of the facility and easy access to our storage unit. The grounds were very well maintained and we never had a problem with weather damage, insects, spiders, or vermin in our storage unit. We had several years of a great experience there and we are about to patronize them again to store my mothers things in 2008.

I have stored here for almost 2 years. The place is clean and secure, and the office staff are friendly and helpful. If you have any hesitations or concerns about choosing a place to store your stuff, just pick this one, and it should go smoothly for you. I have no complaints and will continue to store here.

The best storage facility I have ever used. The property has to be the cleanest in Riverside and the manager (Darrel) was the most friendliest person I have ever met. I have been renting from them for 6 months now and its nice having the piece of mind knowing my belongings and safe and secure.
